Well, Tsunade was my favorite Hokage from the very start. In my opinion, she was the most useful one, as she was able to heal a whole village while it's being attacked thanks to her medical skills. Therefore I actually SHOULD say that I want Sakura to become the sixth Hokage. However, among Team 7, she is the last one who should be. This is because I consider Sakura's personality way too weak, as that she could become Hokage.
Tsunade was willing to do whatever it takes to protect the village. Even when it came to killing her former comrade Orochimaru in order to protect Konoha, she tried to do so without hesitation. Although she liked Orochimaru a lot before and considered him an important comrade, she was ready to kill him without letting her feelings interfer. When Orochimaru provoked her and tried to capture her, nothing stopped her from beating the crap out of him. No matter how strong her opponent is, Tsunade is ready to put her life on the line and fights in order to protect Konoha without hesitating even for a second.
Sasuke's intentions were even worse. Yet, Sakura couldn't kill him although she had the opportunity to do so. She stopped herself and started crying, although she knew that Sasuke killed Danzo, tried to kill her and Kakashi and was planning on killing everyone in Konoha. She always has to convince herself to fight. She always fears her opponents and has to encourage herself first.
In order to be the Hokage, you have to be willing to do ANYTHING to protect your village. If her personality is not even strong enough to leave her personal feelings out of her battles as a Kunoichi, and if she does not have the courage to protect the village no matter what it costs, she is all but a worthy Hokage. This is the big difference between Sakura and Tsunade. Tsunade simply has the courage and a strong personality which is required if you wish to be a Hokage.
Some people might say now that Naruto is not different from Sakura in this case, but this is not true. Naruto did not intent to kill Sasuke in the first place. Sakura did and stopped herself, which has almost lead to her death. But although he did not intent to kill him, he confirmed that he would be willing to fight Sasuke in order to protect the village, even if that means that they will both die (which was most likely to happen). THIS is what a Hokage has to be like. Sakura has improved by now, but you can tell that her personality has not changed. When Team 7 finally reunited, Sakura had to convince herself first before starting to attack the Jubi before Naruto and Sasuke did. She had to think about how she was always left behind in the past in order to encourage herself. Tsunade on the other hand would have just done it without even thinking about it.
I wouldn't want Sasuke to become the Hokage either though. Simply because he did nothing but harm the village from the very start. He left Konoha as a child, killed Konoha's Hokage, joined the Akatsuki, attacked his former team and wanted to kill everyone in Konoha because they're all alive thanks to Itachi. As a loyal subordinate of Konoha, Itachi did everything to protect Konoha. He even let Sasuke kill him in order to let him be Konoha's hero. He ruined his own life just so Sasuke could be an admired member of Konoha. Itachi's dream was to protect the village, and Sasuke simply spat on this dream by trying to destroy what Itachi died for.
He has to make up for what he has done to the village, so some people might say that this is his opportunity to do so, but let's think about it: Every Hokage loved his village from the start. Even Danzo loved it. And each of them protected Konoha even before they became Hokage. It's like Itachi said:
"You won't be acknowledged when you're the Hokage. You will become Hokage when everyone acknowledged you."
No one acknowledges Sasuke. The Konoha Chuunin criticized him for saying that he wants to become Hokage after damaging the village. All he said was "I don't care about your opinion.". Is that what a Hokage is supposed to say to his subordinates? Absolutely NOT. What kind of Hokage is that? He may be strong, but this is simply not how a Hokage is supposed to be.
Why Naruto should absolutely become Hokage is a question that can be answered easily: He was there for his village from the very start. He was hated by everyone, had no one who took care of him or even talked to him. He protected Hinata when they were kids and was beaten up for that, while Hinata was not even allowed to thank him. Parents told their kids to never talk to Naruto. He was beaten up and hated by everyone although he personally didn't do anything at all. Even in the academy, everyone wanted Naruto to fail. And despite all that, he was a loyal member of Konoha. He never betrayed it. Instead he protected his comrades although they were all against him. Sakura was simply mean to him, even if he didn't actually do anything, yet he protected her whenever he could. Neji called him a loser, yet Naruto called him a genius and promised him to protect his Clan has soon as he becomes Hokage. Gaara tried to kill him, yet Naruto wanted to be his friend. Everyone treated him like dirt and he was still protecting Konoha.
Sasuke on the other hand was a loved boy. Every girl wanted to be with him, but he didn't give a ****. Teachers acknowledged him and everyone was on his side when he fought Naruto in the academy.
