i think team 1 wins. this is how i see it playing out:

hashirama vs madara
kakashi vs obito
tobirama vs itachi (tobirama dealt with MS Izuna and is very experienced against uchiha. doesnt have to win. just stall)
A and Bee vs minato (same here as above. doesnt have to win just stall)
kabuto vs nagato

these matchups last long enough for naruto and the others to annihilate team 2. naruto uses his clones like he did during the war and that's good enough for most everybody below itachi on team 2's list. throw in hiruzen and gaara and etc and they should be able to beat team 2. after that they can gang up on the above members of team 2. not to mention sasuke is on team 1. he can roam and shoot his arrows everywhere.

Kakashi loses to itachi but itachi has little to know chakra or stamina left because he has horrible reserves in both

Guy see's team is losing and uses 8 gates on Jariya before he can have sage mode so kills jman and himself

Killer Bee loses to Mu semi high diff via invisible and then jinton

A loses to his dad high diff because his dad while slower (not by much) is stronger and Ay can't get through his defense while his dad can

Sasuke wins mid diff against roshi via amatratsu spam

Gaara wins mid diff sand tsunami and burials (water isn't effecting sand proven in fight against madara)

2nd Mizu wins mid diff against fuu via joki boy spam and invisible clam

Yagura loses to danzo high diff

Han loses to Kakazu high diff

Yugito wins low diff nukes him via transformation

Now with tht being said madara and itachi r at brink of death at this point and they get fall due to exhaustion and naruto and DSM kabuto destory each other with naruto actually dead and dsm kabuto severely on brink of death so both r out

Gaara wins high diff against 3rd via flying sand burial burying 200 metors in ground but may have taken some exhuastion catching and holding him..

Troll kage takes danzo high diff due to invisible clam and infinite joki boy spam
