alright for this one u form the handseals, and inhales, focusing chakra into your gullet, gathering water in their mouth and then exhale, spitting out a large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

try it out on that dried out field.

*Performs the handsign then gathers water chakra into my throat, then compressing and having it spiral, I release it outward into the field you pointed at which leaves the field soaking wet*

The only downside to this technique is that u must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The target is unable to move while within it.

so no part of my clone should be sticking out of the sphere, and there should be enough water inside it to drown him. try it out.

*Performs the handsign, then appears next to the clone and hold one arm out near the clone and manipulates the water below her to imprison her in a sphere of water that is large enough to submerge her whole body in it. Continues to hold contact with the sphere of water with that one arm*
