Teach me how to make avatars, give the effect and how to make gif avatars.

Title says it all.
I just opened a new GFX shop.
Now I want to learn the basics og making Avatars, Sig, Gif Avatars and Gif Sigs.
Please teach me, the experts, how to make them.

This ^ watch youtube or Google.. Personally I don't have the motivation or interest to tell you everything step by step.

Well I just learned how to make them. But now thw problem is from which video will I take it.

The things is, nobody teaches the basics. I did it twice and it takes months before people are able to do things themselves. It is much easier to learn all the small individual things yourself like working with fractals, C4Ds, stocks, renders and all the settings available.

Once you have mastered the individual things and you show some promising work, you can ask others to help you out on smaller, more difficult things. And posting once in a while all your work (or just the GFXs which you like the most) in the design hall section to get some feedback. A lot of people will just say things like 'nice work' to everything which they see, however there are also lots of people who can point you out on your mistakes and what you could have done better.
