ok im going to put some paper around you and your going to have to concentrate and try to make them levatate first by channeling your chakra

3)try to connect your chakra with the paper

now part 2 of the training, you are going to try and fold the paper while its on the ground by using your chakra

1)open your eyes, and concentrate as you look at the paper on the ground.
2)you are going to need a shadow clone for this.
3) you concentrate to fold the right side of the paper and your clone concentrates to fold the left side of the paper.
4)Release your chakra in loads as you and clone try to fold the paper

and start releasing my chakra to fold the paper and the clone does it as well...........
