Kidomaru likely has the advantage since he's a long range fighter and her oppenent needs to be mid-range to close range for her genjutsu to be effective. It's been a long time since I've seen her fight with Shikamaru but I'm almost sure she said long range combat was her weakness when she had to face Temari. Kidomaru can likely slow down, if not trap, her summons with his webbings handicapping her further. If Shikamaru can avoid her long enough to come up with strategies and come at her in close combat, I see Kidomaru having no difficulty in this match when he himself is pretty intelligent and can snipe her in a safe location.

Kidomaru would need some way to avoid the sound of the flute (he might be able to cover his ears with his armor or something)
