Hidan is at S-rank, people understimate him just for being deafeted by a chunnin/jounin, but he is very powerful. U_U

i love HIDAN
but tayuya is one of the strongest people also
she only lost cuz of a suprise attack

i vote Hidan lol he rulez, only reason he lost was cuz shik analyzed him in a previous battle and had a stratagy

dont get me wrong but tayuya is not as dumb as she looks. she is also good at analyzing (despite her dirty mouth) xd

Seriously, tayuya will lose, cause hidan is immortal. and will keep standing. Asuma had problems with hidan. and asuma is a jonin.

tayuya was chunnin, if not maybe atleast Jounin lvl, she was just a subordinate of oro, and hidan was at the same organization as Oro, meaning they were almost at same lvl,
how could you possibly think tayuya can win?:lili:

I actually voted for Tayuya. Now, I made that decision with the idea that Tayuya would have grown up along with the other characters of the series and would have been considerably stronger than when she went against Shikamaru.
But if you look at it she's really a great match up with Hidan. Hidan's immortality allows him to survive physical attacks, but the ghosts created by Tayuya's ogres would drain his energy just as effectively as anyone else. Hidan is also a close range fighter while Tayuya is mid-long. So as long as she keeps her distance, she'll be fine. And considering how strong of a tactician she was, I think she'd easily be able to devise a plan to come out with the win. Her sound based genjutsu also gives her a big edge over a pretty dumb Hidan.
In the end I think Tayuya's fighting style is really just perfect to fight against Hidan.

No he isn't. He can lose parts of his body and still be alive but Kakuzu states that there is no such thing as true immortality. To say someone is immortal is to say they cannot ever die. According to the databooks Hidan can die from lack of nutrients, therefore he is not an immortal.
