You're pairing 2 defensive fighters against lower level fighers who are arrogant and thrive off of killing their enemy. They're going to play defensively, lure their opponents towards them, and strike at the appropriate time rather than carelessly fall for their traps which would be hard when there's Rinnegan Shared Vision.

I'm not even sure how this is debatable. Both fighters are capable of outmaneuvoring Base Bee and tagging KCM Naruto.

Lmfao, I misread the OP. Only Yagura gets Isobu's anime feats. Ignore that part then. Explosive bubbles should handle it though. Possibly. If not then they can just avoid it altogether.
