The technique activates using a seal of confrontation following which many sealing formula appear around the users left eye. They then begin to sink inside using the lens which itself is a painful process where the user needs to keep his eye open. Once performed the seals inside the eye filter the users vision making everything appear grayscale. All seals however that are hidden or apparent starts to glow, the user is able to see the glow even if the seals are hidden behind objects or clothes. With added focus he is able to read them identifying their purpose.
Note: Usable twice in battle, Lasts 4 turns.
-Can only detect techniques up to its own rank.

Nothing really to explain here, Sealing ninjutsu are well anything that seals another object or person with or without the need of a medium. Sometimes scripts and formulae are used to aid the seal, the concept of Fuinjutsu isn't exclusive to naruto but its a recurring element in Japanese myth. And Jutsu Shiki (technique formulae) is an art that use kanji, symbols and scripts to create physical effects which dont have to involve any sort of 'sealing'. Those gifted with this talent naturally possess an extra ordinary spiritual energy. That said, i shouldnt need to explain the mechanics of this technique, just learn the script and practice this on yourself.
-Draws the script on the ground-

Ouch. Practising this technique can really make your eyes bleed. Literally.
Why spiritual energy though? Unless we're simply talking about the abilities needed to create and maintain the 'form' of the seal.
