Tattoo power up theory

I believe that these tattoos are 9 tails related in a sense that boruto and kawaki have inherited or stolen (explains how naruto may have died) that is why they have matching tattoos. This mode is a new controlled tailed beast mode dont really know how it works or what it does but it surpassed narutos 9ninetails form. Naruto was able to bring out the spirt or the nine tail somthing that only naruto have done , bee can't do this nor Garrar.

I want to hear some ideas and opinions on this new ability.
