Looks:He is well deserving of his name. Tatsuo Hageshi has blue short - straight hair and blue piercing eyes to match. He has smooth skin, even though he has odd genes he is a handsome young man. Tatsuo wears a high collar white jacket with a blue shade in the chest area and outlined around the jacket. Over the collar of this jacket, is a light blue scarf wrapped around his neck it's his most prized possession. His brothers gave it to him when he first entered Kirigakure.
Personality:In his early life he had a gloomy and placid personality, he was a lost kid. After a tragic incident he went from feeling gloomy to enraged but after he was saved and brought in my three young man his persona began to change. Tatsuo is a calm, mature young man. He shows traits of being kindhearted, silly and ravenous when it comes to taking on goals. He's a man to rely on. You can't help but like a man who always has faith in his comrades and in himself. But aside from his warmhearted presence he can have a cold demeanor. When in battle, provoked or threatened he can become fierce, ruthless and merciless to his opponents

History: Tatsuo, born in Takigakure )village hidden by the waterfall. It was a short time there but the memory will never fade from his mind. This was a time when Tatsuo didn't know who he really was he was lost trying to find his purpose. In toddler years he wasn't even interested in the Ninja way of life. Even his best friend Takumo wanted to be a ninja. Yet Tatsuo wasn't interested in the slightest. One day Tatsuo asked Takumo why he wanted to become a Ninja, what was so special about it. "Because, I want to be strong enough to protect the ones I care about." Tatsuo was surprised by his comment but he began to respect the ninja life. Gradation day, a day where the little ones start their path as a Shiniobi. It was supposed to be a a day to remember for Takumo, but that was cut short. Takumo was murdered by a group of assassins from a small village. Tatsuo was enraged he didn't care who did it he just wanted them dead.Ceased To Exist. Tatsuo unfortunately took matters into his own hands. He tracked down the low life Assassins and gutted them all, a kunai to each of their throats. Nothing was left for him Takigakure so he left and went rouge. Rain or shine, he kept walking his heart filled with emptiness and darkness. He kept on the same trail until he was so exhausted his muscles could not move and lost consciousness. Tatsuo was held by a man with lengthy white hair. The blue haired boy was carried to Kirigakure. When Tatsuo awoke he was welcomed by three young man all had white hair. Tatsuo excepted these men into his life, they saved his life and he owed them a huge debt. These men grew on Tatsuo and now he considered them as brothers. He saw how they trained vigorously he admired that then he remembered what his old friend said once. "I want to be strong to protect the ones I care about". He came to realize he cared about his brothers and this village. He didn't want what happened to his best friend, happen to anyone else. He now sought to be a ninja. A full fledged Shiniobi.
