Can't really tell with one chapter, Incursio evolving is one thing, his feats are another. Grand Chariot is the strongest version of the Incursios and Wave has way more experience with it than Tatsumi has. I'm still going with Wave until I see how far can Tatsumi take Incursio and I'm also now wondering if Wave will have the same transformation.

But guise, the new Tatsumi was pushing Esdeath and Wave would never be able to do that, Tatsumi was keeping up with her speed and even making her dodge, he even countered her strongest ability which freezes space and time.

Hey wow, "push" is a strong word. Esdeath wasn't worried about anything and didn't even take a hit. She was literally unphased.

Yeah but that was a surprise attack, she didn't except his armor to be immune to ice when everyone else was frozen in time, and she still blocked it. That's not pushing her, especially since it wasn't even on one.

Wave handled Akame, mein, and Lubbock like how esdeath is doing Tatsumi and mein right now.

He only kicked her because she thought Tatsumi would be frozen. Tatsumi is effective against Esdeath because he adapted to her, it would take awhile for him to adapt to Wave.

Wave's Grand Chariot is more offensive as opposed to a more Tatsumi's defense oriented Incursio. Then there's this whole flight advantage to the former while the latter has invisibility. Tatsumi admitted that he would have been killed if it wasn't for blocking Grand Fall in his last skirmish; however, he wasn't aiming to fight Wave at the time.

In terms of power enhancements, GC is superior to IC. Plus, Wave has more experience using it; but this comparison went only as far as Incursio's "base form." Incursio V2 based on feats this chapter shows to be superior to Grand Chariot at the moment. I didn't seen much from Wave aside the skirmish that compares to Tatsumi, such as his speed and slicing Esdeath's ice clean. Until I see more of what my nig Wave, Tatsumi honestly takes this.

Btw, he was denting Esdeath a bit. But he wasn't really pushing her back as he also had Mine there as well. Then there was also Akame and Leone coming in to ambush. So as always, my Lady Esdeath still freezes. U_U

I am aware of the fact that Tatsumi is probably stronger than Wave right now, but we don't know for sure. And maybe Wave's GC too will evolve soon. We have yet to see.
