A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
*I then go on to perform the hand seals, Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake and release my wind chakra once again and using nature manipulation make this chakra turn into a large gust of wind. I then use this wind to knock over some trees to block her path as Belmont directed.*

*Upon hearing L's word about Akatsuki traveling in pairs, he summons the large baby stroller, puts L in it and runs with it using his Chakra enhanced speed. And with great force, he pushes the stroller and grabs the handle as it leaves his hands and jumps in. As they roll away at super high speeds, Richter & L's lips and eyelids are lifted by the force of the wind that was currently hitting their face.*

L lays cramped in the stroller as Belmont pushes him all the way to Suna at high speed. Although he must admit he was glad to be away from Akatsuki and at Suna, he was extremely mad at Belmont for doing this to him. So upon getting out of the stroller and Belmont saying,

*As L walks along, Belmont catches up to him and starts talking pervy about that killer Akatsuki lady. He talks about Pain in the butts and that is when L gets an idea. He stops and lets Richer continue to walk in front of him.*

*The windows are only on the top story, so L and Richer do have to make an effort to climb up and scramble in through the open frames and fall into the house.*
