Tsunade could never take down an entire clan by spiking them with a poison, that's just a irrelevant cop out to hide her lack of fighting ability and assassination skills. There's way too many variables to even bring this idea to full effect.

In the literal sense, there's no way for Tsunade to do any harm to the Uchiha Clan without them knowing beforehand, especially with Itachi there. Apparently Tsunade can just turn invisible and poison all of their sake, and bam. The entire clan is dead.

I guess my point still stands if that was the best you got. If you think a sannin could not poison an entire clan successfully, granted noone would be able to counter her poison either because she is the best.

Noone would have time to alert others because they would all be dead

Sometimes you have to work smarter, not harder. Poison is the way, Tsunade could do it.

1) she's Hokage and all Hokage are useful

2) she's as strong as Itachi, go read her databook power and both score 35.

3) Itachi admitted that he will die if he fight jiraya and we all know that Tsunade is stronger than Jiraya and jiraya himself said that.

4) finally she's from Senju clan which means she's at pair with any of Uchiha

1. she was sannin at the time and she wasn't even their first choice to be considered 5th hokage.
2. nope, itachi is superior in every useful way except stamina and regen.

Took 20 random jonin to take out tobirama, I doubt it would take 20 uchiha left to take out tsunade, especially if itachi was there, an while I know itachi killed them himself, I full heartedly do not believe he would of let anyone else do it that wasn't an uchiha

1. Dont underestimate prep dear. She needed only to slip something into Jirayas drink. Not a poison clouds. Jiraya and Chiyo gave her the hype.

2. Because you did not debunk anything but try to say that it wouldn't work for a reason you fabricated off of your own beliefs. Poison is part of her fighting ability, not a cop out. It's a cop out to throw part of her abilities as a kunoichi out the window because there isn't much to say to deflect a prep mission

Eh it could be done multiple ways, they still trusted leaf enough to be tricked into their strongest being in a meeting or something of sorts and killed by a poison they wouldn't even smell. Tsunade's side has the immunity because she made it.

Proceeds to be rid of the younger weak uchiha/civilian in their turf.

Though I still think it could work by just releasing poison cloud there they would never see it coming because its not a jutsu.
