In terms of character evolution, we know she became faster
1- Evolved in rank. From ensign(2 years prior) to captain(5ranks above) of the infamous G5 from the new world [
2- Upgraded swordsmanship skills(deflecting cannon balls with milimetar precision)
3- Learned armament to hurt logias [
4- Learnt soru with maybe other rokushiki techniques
According to Blueno you need a great amount of physical strength to be able to use soru and was even surprised Enies Lobby Luffy's body allowed him to handle it, so it's kind of impressive that she has enough physical strength to use it
The number1 shows how fast she jumped in marine ranks(5ranks upgrade) and with the lot she learnt(soru, better swordsmanship, armament and so on), it shows she has particularly great growth rate. Considering her growth-rate, where do you think Tashigi will be by the end of the manga?
Personally i think vice-admiral rank(3ranks above her current rank) is the least to be expected. Likely she would at least be one of the top vice-admirals even, but what do you think?
