This image is a scan of the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine officially confirming that the anime will return to the manga's storyline with episode 227 on April 4. It also gives us a little extra information on the episodes to come before then:
Episode 224 (March 14) is a continuation of last week's episode based on a Fairy Tail novel.
Episode 225 (March 21) is an anime-original episode starring Laxus and the Raijin Tribe (the characters shown next to them on the bottom will be from this episode).
Episode 226 (March 28) is an adaptation of an upcoming special manga chapter titled "Fairy Tail of the Dead".

And for the record, yes, they will also be adapting the Sun Village arc. Evidently the anime crew consider it to be a part of the Tartaros arc, since it more or less leads into the major arc. For proof, the scan has concept artwork for characters who only appear in the Sun Village arc, and has even confirmed their Japanese voice actors:
