That he CAN tank a stab, but that's pointless since sasuke can still easily finish the job and there wouldn't be any way out of it.

But, as for the ops question, no sasuke can not tank the attack mentioned. He can however absorb it or easily evade it. Maybe even match it with a storm of enton arrows. But I doubt ps can tank it, or at least not easily, but we haven't really seen much go up against sasukes ps physically.
