Not all lightning techniques carry paralysing capabilities, only some that revolve around chidori, like Nagashi. The others just severely shock or pierce through the target depending if the lightning techniques are concentrated or not. The other things you said were correct, but you forgot to give the strengths and weaknesses along with some shinobi who are skilled in this element.

Well, before you can learn techniques I have to make sure that you are able to nature change your chakra into lightning. So off what you know about lightning I want you to mold lightning chakra into one of your hands before channeling it into one of your kunai. Be descriptive and based on how you do in your description will determine if we move on or not. Sp don't rush and try your best.

No, once you change the nature of chakra you do not need to change it again. You also need to describe the properties of your chakra as you change it into lightning chakra.

i start to build up my chakra and i realease it towards my hand as move it towards my hand i nature manipulate it and turn it into raiton chakra then i realease it from my hand and shape manipulate it into bolts which i shoot towards the dummies

Don't worry about the changing your chakra to nature part. I just want you to describe where you channel the lightning chakra before releasing it. "I channel my lightning chakra into my hands before creating or releasing it etc.

It has a great reach and it can be manipulated in order to change direction avoiding obstacles. Try it out on that dummy at long range.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

By channeling your lightning chakra into your hands you can release a powerful wave of electricity which will shock the opponent as well as rip through solid rocks. Even though the wave is small this is a good technique to use with water jutsu. Try it out on the dummy to your right.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

This is a defensive attack that still delivers damage depending on if your opponent touches the electric field or not. Releasing your lightning chakra from all over your body, you can create an electric field around yourself that electrocutes anyone who comes in contact with it. This is an alright defense and you have to remember that it is an unfocused lightning meaning that it can't stop many tangible attacks. Put this armor on and attack a dummy.

I begin by performing three hand seals then move the chakra to my right hand after that i then realese the lightning chakra which i use to form an electric field that i use to attack a dummy long range from me
advantage- it can go up to long range
disadvantage-it is a crank lightning technique so it is weak against a c rank wind jutsu

after attacking the long range dummy i begin to mold my raiton chakra i then channel the chakra into my right hand after that i nature manipulate it into a powerful electric wave which rips through the dummy to my right
advantage-it can rip through solid rock
disadvantage-it can only reach up to short range without a water jutsu

after that i turn to my left and i begin to mold my raiton chakra then i move the chakra to all over my body after that i realease it to create an electric field in form of a armor then i run towards a dummy ripping it apart
advantages- it can be used as defensive or an offensive jutsu
disadvantage- it reaches up to short range only

Your description for the moves is getting better, but I want you to also describe the effects of the jutsu on the dummy. Where did it hit? What did it do in terms of damage? And stuff like that. The better you are with basic 5, the better you will be when battling.

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

I want you to perform 2 hand seal before clapping your hands as you channel your lightning chakra into that cliff side over there.

If done right you will have created an avalanche of rocks which will pummel the dummy beside the cliffs base.

Your hand will begin to glow a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that will separate and spread outward. Hit that row of dummies in front of you.

While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

I want you to channel your lightning chakra into the sword which will increase its cutting abilities as well as make the sword levitate in front of you. The sword will then multiply creating two extra copies, 3 in all, which are then manipulated to spin rapidly and controlled to fly towards and cut through your opponent(s) through hand gestures.

I walk over to the cliff that sensei pointed to and i weave two handseals then clap my hands together channelling my raiton chakra into the edge of the cliff breaking the edge into huge stones that fall onto the dummies crushing them
advantage-it can be used to kill people below you under a cliff
disadvantage-it requires a cliff to perform

then i get down the cliff then i start to channel my raiton chakra into my right hand i then hold it out like a sword then it begins to glow pale yellow then i realease the chakra shape manpulating it to horns to attack The dummies and it crushes them to rumble wood
advantages-it can attack multiple targets
disadvantages-it is weak against d rank wind

as i finish that i look at senpai then as he throws the sword i catch it with my left hand 'thanks senpai' i begin to channel my raiton chakra into the sword after removing it from the case then the sword starts to levitate i then create two copies to make it three by stretching my hand forward i command the swords to go forward piercing through all the dummies on the row
advantages: it can be used to attack multple targets
disadvantages:-needs a sword to perform

I start by molding my raiton chakra then i move it to my right hand concentrating it their i then nature manipulate it into raiton then i generate electrical bolts from it slamming my hand into the ground realeasing the bolts in the ground to move towards the dummies to electrocute them

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

Perform 5 hand seals before creating a large amount of lightning from your hands which can be channeled into materials in order to add an electrical factor to a technique, mostly water techs. I want you to perform this technique and channel it through the stream in order to get that dummy in floating away.
