Looks: Talos is a man of tall stature, muscular frame with a tough look. Dawning a powerful Nordic beard , moustache and stern eyes, those who view Talos know he means business. Talos weares a helmet , vambraces, chainmail armour with a matching chainskirt on the bottom. Shoulder gaurds are hidden underneath a cape and shoes tough to combat any situation.
Personality: Talos is a very calm and focused person. Staying on task and being able to think things through clearly and concisely. A quick and masterful tactician being able to remain level headed in the toughest of situations. He is normally very stern attitude wise, A grin usually means something menacing and laughter rarely a sight on his face. Talos is nice towards all non shinobi and most children, the opposite is true for shinobi however. He realizes that although doing something deemed right for his village a shinobi sacrifices others. This lead to a common resentment for the majority of shinobi even though he is a shinobi himself. However, Talos does and has worked with shinobi and regularly resides within a shinobi villages borders, his goals an ideals however could not be more apart. A powerful shinobi, Talos knows he is and remains confident in his abilities although not flaunting his prowess.

Background Info.
History: Born as Tiber Septim in a peaceful village on the outskirts of the modern day fire country. Tiber Septim had witnessed many wars from a really young age, being scarred by the bloodshed and death it had wrought. He began to despise the more powerful nations who started these wars for their own benefit and at the loss of smaller ones. His hatred was complete when his own village was made the battle ground for one such altercation. Witnessing his parents die before his eyes, his brothers mangled body lying lifeless on the ground and his sister filled with ninja tools. Something on the inside of Tiber Septim had died that instance, but another had awoken. Blinded by sheer rage, getting a hold of a nearby sword he charged into battle. In his anger and spite for revenge he had accidently managed invoke chakra, single handles killing every attacker. Nearby villagers hiding in fear bore witness to such an amazing feat. They branded him Talos, and called him as if he were a god of some sort. Talos knew he wasn’t a god but he knew he had potential. Keeping the sword with him Talos set out to find a mentor one that could help him with his inner chakra.
On his journey he came upon a senpai named Ushiro. Ushiro they say was gifted beyond belief and his sightings alone were the fulfilment of ones life. Talos had the pleasure to learn under his tutelage quickly gaining advanced level control over the lightning element, the wind element and then the Fire element. Ever grateful to his senpai he baked him a strawberry pie before leaving. Then one day while hiking up a mountain, to the astonishment of Talos the mountain split open at the tip revealing a man meditating at its center wearing a nothing but a Banana Hammock. Approaching the man, he revealed himself to be the great Nonisimo. A great learned sage who had been waiting for the ideal student. This great sage had thought Talos how to manipulate the earth element with great proficiency. Then one day the great noni senpai was climbing down the mountain using his banana hammock as supports. “They tore”and the senpai was never heard from again. Talos decided it was time to leave heading towards the east. Stopping to take a drink by a river he met another man, Toku he proclaimed to be, Toku was a nice guy and helped Talos gain control over water. Finally making it to a village on the far east of the world, he met a crazy man called Blake that could control snakes, he managed to teach me how to summon them and how to control them, along with teaching me how to fight hand to hand, forever in his debt he gave him his secret recipe to strawberry pop-tarts. Being a slightly religious man, Talos met up with a priest who turned out to be an expert swordsman, this man who he called Priest Sensei ended up teaching him kenjutsu.
One of his most recent travels was to Amegakure where he stayed for quite a while, learning many things from the men, women, shinobi and cows there.
Years later he found out, he was adopted, he was a part of a clan renown as the Gyojin, Talos set out to find his kin and the mystery of his past...

Elemental Speciality: Talos was born with an affinity for the Water element, as such he practised often and used it practically day to day. Through the years this awarded him with being able to cast any water jutsu with a single handseal. A secondary element he learned and mastered was Earth and through years of use and practice he memorized the handseals well, casting them was like a reflex as such all earth jutsu are done with faster handseals.
Gyojin: Having been born as a Gyojin, Talos’ body was not the same as other human bodys. He was faster (1.5x), Stronger(2x) and could swim better and remain under water for endless amounts of time. His body was insulated and protected from viruses and bacteria. He could sense things within the water and had a natural resistance to the water (D rank and below ). Rank ~ Mizuchi
Snakes: Having gone through vigerous training with a teacher of his, Talos has the ability to summon forth snakes. Snakes ranging from small to large to super large. Along with them he learned the usage of many types of snake styled ninjutsu further enhancing his battle capacity. He has a summoning tattoo on his wrist that he uses to summon his snakes, it looks like the following:

Weapons: Talos carry’s a variety of weapons with him into battle. The main ones are his trusty swords, two of them which he has held since many years each adorned on his waist belt with leather sheathes. In his ninja pouch he has, many shuriken, kunais, smoke bombs, flashbangs and strings. He also carry’s with him multiple scrolls serving many different purposes. Hidden in his vambraces are multiple senbon, concealed perfectly and able to be drawn within a moments notice. In case he needs a shorter blade he has concealed behind him his trusty dagger.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.
They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.
Note: Do not aid vision in anyway
Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.
