Talking about Naruto with friends

Though there are some people that are watching Naruto,they still avoid this subject.

I'm not sure if I am a loser watching naruto or my friends are idiots...NAH MY FRIENDS ARE IDIOTS XD

Most people have the image of part 1 in mind, and this is what they base their assumptions on. It's quite BS because Shippuden is an entirely different ball game full of more mature content/bad ass moments. Until they read it for themselves and actually know the characters the way we do, their opinions are worthless.

One of my friends kept calling me a fgt for some time and I talked him into watching it since he liked it when he was little, and now he's watching 5+ episodes a day. People diss anime because a)they are trying to act cool or b) never gave it a chance.

Imo, I couldn't care less what my friends think of me if I watch or read something. Its not in their rights to make fun of something you do. And if they do you can either:
1. Knock them the f*ck out
2. Take my approach and justify why you watch/read said anime/manga

Actually its quite funny. Some old friends of my Primary School are These wannabe's and act like oh well u moron watch Animes...
In the end they are those ******s rushing old DBZ episodes and acting like "WOW Attack of Titans is cool" and then I am just all like

Its a mean of entertainment, and sometimes knowledge and wisdom. I am proud to be some guy who has finished a shitton of mangas and animes.

Before in my town nobody really liked/cared/talked about Naruto or other anime. Now it seems like a bunch of people are hopping on the wave within the past 2 yrs or so...it's actually kind of annoying if I'm honest. I hate hearing people that don't know a lot try to talk to me about Naruto like they actually know.
