Talk no juts

Okey.. sorry if it's meant to be obvious - and only I am stupid xD - but I did read the mange in my language (so not English or Japanese) and when i see "talk no jutsu" everywhere I simply have no idea what the hell that is. I read nothing ike this in the manga (and I feel it simplier to ask it here then to start to seek it all over the hallf a million English manga)
Sou could somebody be nice and tell me

yh like he did with pain and also there is plot no jutsu which means he isnt stronger then the other character but he has to win e.g against pain

Talk no Jutsu is a fan-dubbed "jutsu" which is used by people when they do a lot of talking, instead of fighting. Naruto is the master of Talk no Jutsu, seeing as he can talk to his enemies and convince them to not fight anymore (an example would be his "fight" against Nagato).

Talk no Jutsu is also used for getting rid of Edo Tensei people (an example would be when Kankuro told Sasori that he would live on through his puppets, and Sasori realized that his art was eternal; he then turned into dust).

This is the ultimate genjutsu that naruto uses against the most powerful opponents its even powerful than shusui's genjutsu in which the user doesn't know he is under a genjutsu... in this the victim completly surrenders to naruto and accepts him as the saviour and just leaves or dies famous victims are nagato , itachi (who believed that naruto would take care of sasuke so he gave naruto a crow to eat...) , chiyoba and the list goes on and on we can see another victim in the last to last episode.....
