Lets disscus who were talented shinobi. Not the shinobi who were given major power ups(naruto sasuke) and excluding Ootsutsuki familiy, just normal shinobi who were gifted and honed their skills.
1. Kakashi(Stated by Jiraja and Tsunade to be one of the most prodigius talets that Konoha has prodused)
2. Itachi(A genius amog th uchiha, it was very very with kakashi for the n.1 spot)
3.Minato(Fourth hokage a genius,was ferad by thousands)
4. Orochimaru (a Genius in so much areas)
5. Guy(traning to the absolut limits of taijuts, takes guts talent and skill)
These are PERSONAL oppinions,and i would like to hear yours.

Well Minato was a killer shinobi,but he was only good with FTG Rasengan and Sealing jutsu where kaksshi was good with so much more things he was more versatile.

I won't get tired from repeating it, this guy is more talented than his father the only thing that kept him down in his childhood was the kyubi that was not allowing him to use his chakra the right way, the second he mastered kurama he has grown exponentially

being a hokage requires skill, not just a tailed beast you need to have at least 3 chakra natures...
