Vincent would stroll into the area after having a quick mission, it was time for him to relax and take the edge off when he had handed in his supplies still with his two backpacks one on the front and the other on his back; he would locate the hospital and walk in casually approaching the repection desk and asking a female worker to see doctor Fendir the man Vincent was told to drop off the supplies to. This post begins a mission utilizing the following elements:
Story board elements: Disperse a mob
After Vincent delivered the medical supplies word didnt take long for the news that the hospital has gotten an abundance of supplies, resting for 4 days Vincent would walk around and notice tensions around the area was rising. their were many sick; old, young, families and many were demanding that the hospital treat them ontop of the overfilled wards. Most just camped outside in little quarantine zones as per the orders of local village rep. Some resorted to ideal criminality by trying to sneak into the hospital and steal what they needed for their loves ones or there self it was hard to distinguish who was doing what due to the mass crowds all over the village and hospital. Vincent would enter the hospital walking through the chaos as he attempted to get to the reception desk, trying not to get sandwiched between all the diffrent bodys that were screaming and whaling about how much pain and ill they feel.
Vincent didnt like most people anyways but this was a bad case of overflowing the worst he has seen, after a few moments of pushing through the crowd Vincent would ask the nurse behind the desk if Tasuke was about the head repsenstive of the hospital, She would hear Vincent but try to deal with the people who werent calm slamming their hands onto the desk and knocking the an array of books, desk light all over the floor as they flail about in panic. Some starting getting angry shouting abuse to whoever was close staff or patient. The woman turning to Vincent "yes he is within the building what is your busines..." Seeing Vincents village headband she would know he was a shinobi "oh sorry for assuming Tasuke is on 3 floor u can pass through but crammed" Vincent would thank the woman and then begin pushing through the crowd in an attempt to the the stairs. after a while Vincent would manage to navigate around the hospital and manage to get to the third floor.
seeing many doctors all in white it would take Vincent a while to discern who summoned him for his next mission, After finding Tasuke by noticing he had a red coloured sash around his doctor uniform to identify him as the head doctor. Vincent would watch him afar treating patient's by their beds. Vincent would talk to him asking him why he needed a shinobi of the village, "since the medical supplies have been brought im afraid the news didnt take long to spread to the local villagers and then this spread to the other villages that had the same drought with supplies, this in turn has allowed many people who are ill and starving to park up outside the hospital in a bid to hope they will get treated though they have been there for days.... i fear that soon they will start a mob and attempt to take the hospital by force." Pausing he point at the window for Vincent to gaze out side. He noticed a few shinobi posted at there stations that were trying to control the large crowds outside the hospital, many were trying to push past the barricades or attempting to climb over the checkpoints to get into the hospital.
Tasuke would finish speaking "so now you seen we have barley managed to hold out this week and i fear in a few hours it will be dire i would appreciate you staying around and fizzling out a mob if they attempted to ransack the hostpital" Vincent thought for a few moments and nodded at Tasuke "i will take this mission, where should i reside until im needed?" Tasuke would give him a key to his own personal quarters and told him to wait there. Taking his leave Vincent would head to where Tasuke instructed him to go and await to see if anything formed out of the crowds outside. -waiting 4 hours-
Vincent would begin to see the crowds getting volatile and screaming loudly the numbers around 100, slowly begin to get bolder in beginning to push the few shinobi station around. They would begin to attack the shinobi with items the foraged around such as big sticks and the few having clubs and farming equipment such as pitchforks and hoes; the crowd now raging full blown riot destroying the barricades and swarms of normal civilians would come running at the hospital. Vincent would open and window and jump rapidly onto the top of the hospital and gather his charka and project an image of himself into the sky talking to all the mob through his projection "ALL OF YOU SHALL CEASE AT ONCE OR FORCE WILL BE USED YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..." Vincent gave the mob a few moments to comply though they continued to break through the barriers and the majority of the mob now at the front of the hospital.

Vincent gave them a chance he jumped to the front of the hospital and would gather his charka and release a powerful wave of water that would hurl all 80 of the mob that was at the front of the hospital sending most flying back knocking the majority of them out and soaking them all in water as they sent hurling back into the remnants of the barricades that they wreaked. some stood up and Vincent would move swiftly being much faster then them and being unseen do to them not being able to track him. He would quickly dispatch the rest by deliver knockout blows to the back of their heads. Vincent would pause for a moment they used to call him demon... lethal and savage killing strikes with every blow and now since he joined the village; hes different though he took an inner shine to it sometimes it felt good not being the bad guy though nothing used to quell his anger like his old ways.
(Suiton: Suihachi) – Water Release: Hand of waves
As Vincent was pondering the rest of the mob would converge to the front attempting to get over the big barbed wired gates at the back but to no avail. they would move forward cautiously seeing the remains of their brethren and sisters dispersed across the floor. "i warned you lot now please just lay down your arms and leave the hospital be they are trying there best look how many of you are lingering outside the grounds and the hospital is just as packed i assure you... but if you don't cease you will be brought down by force" The mob wouldnt listen to reason and begin to run at Vincent would sigh as he tried to be reason with them but he would the water that is still placed around from his previous technique and want to finish them and drain all the remaining rift raft away with the debris. "so be it.." Vincent would clap his hands and manipulate the water around to form around him and then cascade into a large wave that knocks into the mob knocking them all out with such brute force carrying the left over debris of the barricades with them. Vincent would gaze around and notice that the mob has been quelled and wont be trying to ransack the hospital again. Vincent knew Tasuke would be busy and didnt want to disturb him so would take his leave and head for his home.
