I know, I was just testing to see what you would have recommended. I actually resolved that issue quite a long time ago. That, and the mono-gac package from the repositories works now.

I guess a thread like this is less aimed at someone such as yourself who is capable of fixing or at least diagnosing their own problems, and more at people who might need a little help or advice.
