Note: Must be transformed into Thunder Emperor Mode before using.

And the lightning is only distributed by your body, it isnt released on the ground. And as soon as some lightning hits the ground, it would make all mines to blow and explode, killing you.

Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.

description:the user creates an extremely powerful electrical storm which contains millions of high voltage lightning bolts that don't have a particularly strong "punch" to them unlike jutsu like kirin, but these lightning bolts go into the opponents bodies and begins overloading their nerve system's, instantly killing them if they remain in the storm for 3 turns. anybody who is in it can only use 2 jutsu a turn.

Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.

that cripples you and not me due to the fact i have a lightning chakra cloak surrounding me and the lightning bolts simply fuse with the cloak. this gives me invurnability from the jutsus effects.

If the user attacks the opponent using taijutsu in this state, the attacks will be more brutal than normal.
Note: Last for 3 turns, and can be used 2 times per battle.

With Lightning forming around the Fire. And I smash it into your Face.

Killing you as your body Melts (since your made of Rubber)

The resulting blast Sends me Flying But Damage is Reduced by 15 due to the Cloak Protecting Me.
