I'm not positive if this is confirmed, but I think Tobi's identity is going to be revealed in August.
Let's assume that a new chapter is released every Wednesday of this month in this order:

8/8 -- Chapter 597

8/15 -- Chapter 598

8/22 -- Chapter 599

8/29 -- Chapter 600

So, which chapter do you think Tobi's ID will be revealed?

There has been speculation that his identity will be revealed on chapter 600 because for every 100th chapter something significant has happened. Therefore, my best bet is that it's gonna be on manga chapter 600.

Last week, Kishi stated that Tobi's identity will be revealed in a few weeks. A "few" usually means 3. So my bet is 598 or 599. (I didn't bother to do the math.)
