takashi: no, its okay lady akari told me that you didnt have any where else to go.

tsubaki: *sits up in his bed with his head down* i was sent here on a mission, truth is i have my own village.

tsubaki: i know i shouldn't tell you this but, my mission was given to me because of your father. he left the tetsuya clan when he was 17, the same day when he was supposed to battle to the death for the tittle of hokage. because he left they had to find someone else to elect for the tittle. they chose my father. they set him out in a forest with the other two people who was elected and they fought for 3 days. my father was the one who came back alive and was elected as hokage. 13 years later he died. Now they are looking for a replacement, and because your father left the tetsuya clan you have been elected to battle for the tittle in your fathers place. my mission was simply to bring you to the tetsuya clan so you could fight in your fathers place.
takashi: and I'm supposed to believe you?
tsubaki: im not just telling you this just because you spared my life, but because i don't want to go back to my village. because I've also been elected to go against you for a tittle i could care less about.
takashi: still your a spy wh-
*the door to the room opens*
*Akari is standing at the door*
Akari: ....its true takashi, what he said about your father, its true
takashi: *pauses for a few moments* so, i really am a tetsuya. why didn't you ever tell me?
akari: your father didn't want you to be burdened with his mistakes, but i guess it happened anyway.
takashi: *takashi sits up* well mom, what should i do?
akari: as your mother i would tell you to stay, but as hokage i would have to follow our villages laws and make you go to the clan.
tsubaki: so then, it looks like war...
takashi: where did you get that from?
tsubaki: as she said, she wants you to stay but you have to leave by village laws. so in order for her to keep you here she would need to cancel that law.
takashi: well whats the problem?
akari: when your a hokage that means that you guide the other villages and share the same laws, so if i change a law that means it goes for every village under me. if the villages don't like that law then they will start a war.
takashi: well its just one law.
tsubaki: yes and that one law can severely damage the economies of every village under this one, some more than others. the tetsuya clan is not under the hokage in this village, because we are a secret clan. meaning, that we have to fend for our self's to make our money, there are other villages that are poor and can barley feed there village like the village hidden in the forest. those villages count on food and supplies from the more wealthy villages like this one, and if people are coming in this village and there village to live then that damages the economy even more making everyone's life more harder.
now not only would that start a war with other villages but the fact this village will not give us one of our own for our ways of doing things then we would be forced to go into war as well.
akari: how long does he have until the election?
tsubaki: 3 years
akari: well then i guess we have 3 years to train takashi.
takashi: what!?
tsubaki: so your going through with it after all.
akari: listen takashi, you have the ability too activate your kekke genkai at an early age.
tsubaki: not entirely, it was more like accidentally.
*she looks at tsubaki*
akari: even so, he can still learn how to control it. *she looks back at takashi* i remember when your father told me about when he learned to control his tetsuya, he said that accidentally activating it gives you 3x more chakra but, when you learn how to control it then you can have up to 5x the amount of chakra and increased over all abilities.
tsubaki: that's true, my father told me the same thing.
akari: Tsubaki, i want to speak with your villages hokage about letting me train takashi for 3 years, when that time is up he will be sent to the tetsuya clan.
tsubaki: ha, like this village could prepare someone for battling the top ranked members of my village.
akari: maybe so but Toshiro kept a book that he constantly wrote in. that book contains all of the training he did and even how too control the tetsuya. i still have that book also, i won't be the only one training takashi, you will be helping too tsubaki, as i recall you said you didn't want the tittle of hokage. i figure that's because you don't want to fight to the death for something you don't want. but you wont be fighting takashi actually you and takashi will be fighting side by side against the third person. as i remember toshiro explained that the tetsuya clan calls forth the three strongest ninja from the village to fight against each other for the tittle of hokage.
tsubaki: that might work, only im supposed to train in my village for the next 3 years to unlock my tetsuya.
akari: *she says with a smile* what village? you enrolled in this one didn't you? if you were to go back to the tetsuya clan then that would violate this villages laws and if they did that then i wouldn't have to send takashi to them.
tsubaki: hahaha not bad at all.
takashi: so then, i guess its settled. when will my training begin?
akari: tomorrow so get some rest.
