Takara is often seen as a weirdo, a nuthead, and as an Extremely rude person, but underneath the weirdo lays a golden egg, he's smart, powerful, and the cherry on the top is his confidence.
He never showed any particular talent infront of his class, and he refused to do any teamwork with ANYONE (''Tch.. those idiots would only hold us back'') so he completed every teamwork assingment by himself.
His skills in paritular were shown when his entire class had to work together to complete the academy assingment, and he did it alone, and was the first one to complete it.
His speaking style (As rare as it is) is considered... well insane, he talks about himself as ''We'' referring his puppet and himself, and is rather disrespectful, to everyone.
As mentioned above, he rarely talks, and when he talks, he uses the puppet rabbit to ''say'' the words for him, using ventriloquy.

He usually wears his school uniform, that includes a light yellow vest with pink outlining, and a white shirt with a tie underneath. He wears brown pants.

History:
Takara was an orphan child, that lived in an orphanage until the age of 3, when he was adopted by a woman, who's husband and children were killed in the 2nd shinobi world war, in the attack that the sannin launched.
He loved his mother very much, and even joined the ninja academy with a promise to avenge his mothers original children. When in the academy he learned about the many horrible things that were done during the war, and started searching for an answer, and in his young mind, the only conclusion he could get was that Konoha was the source of all the evil things in his life, and started to train hard with a promise to destroy Konoha. During his later years in the academy, his world was crashing down on him, he had asked his mothers opinion of Konoha, and she told him that she had forgiven the village. He couldn't understand how his mother had forgiven the village, even after killing her family. She explained the things Konoha had done, and the things the other villages had done, and asked him ''Which is the lesser of the evils?''
And after that, neutrality, he understood that evil things had to be done, for good to emerge, but that the road to hell was also filled with good intentions.

The Puppet
Takara's unwillingness to let go of his puppet could be psychological, in the three first years of his life, he only had one toy, the puppet, which served some other purposes that being a toy.
The orphanage was poor, so poor infact that there weren't enough blankets for everyone, so many had to share, but his puppet was big enough for him to use as a cover for the cold rain of Amegakure.
