Basic Information Name ➟ Takao Uchiha Alias ➟ Light Bringer, The eye of Justice Gender ➟ Male ♂ Age ➟ 29 Clan ➟ Uchiha Appearance ➟ Takao has a light, almost pale skin. Even as a child, he always had long black spiky hair which he inherited the length from his mother but colour from his father. It's also seemingly filled with numerous read streaks in different places through out his hair. During missions outside his beloved village, he was seen wearing a full fledged battle armor suit. The armor was crimson read, just like his infamous eyes, with multiple metal plates that'd clack up against each other with every step he'd take. The armor covers his shoulders, cest, back, waist and thighs, with the back also displaying the legendary Uchiha crest. Underneath the armor, he was dressed in a simple black longsleeved shirt and pants.  When not on missions, he was usually seen wearing a black kimono, with bandages wrapped around his forehead, where normally his headband rested. He was built relatively tall, standing at 6'1 with a slim, muscular bodytype. Around his waist, he wore a small, red, ninja pouch filled with different supplies and weapons. Personality ➟ Ever since childhood, Takao thought of himself as a Konohagakurian, rather than Uchiha. He was rather reserved against his clanmates and family and open towards others. He was proud of, and loved, his clan but was against the ideals and visions Fugaku Uchiha had for the clan. A kind spirit, with great humour and a childish behaviour, Takao's goal was peace. But being the genius that he was, he also understood that peace could not be achieved without power. Takao believed that peace was achieved through faith. Not through logic, rules or sense but faith. Believing he would be the faith the world could believe in, he'd spent his entire life training, pursuing the road to power in order to achieve peace. Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means. And peace was gained easier by understanding eachother. Takao's desire was to understand the way people reasoned and he found it fascinating how each person had different thoughts and believes. This desire for understanding made him a very social person, open minded and, sometimes, loudmouthed. He loved being around people, both known and unkown, carefully observing them as he interacted with them, analyzing their patterns of thought and reason. Village, Rank & Jutsu Information
History & Background Information  Chapter 1 Being born into the Uchiha clan, Takao was raised by his father his entire life. He did not know his mother, who died whilst giving birth to him. Raised by a father who, ever since childhood, preached about Konohagakurians as villains who since the founding of the village had misstreated the Uchihas, Takao held his distance from people outside of the clan, keeping a reserved mindset. Entering the ninja academy by the age of six, his natural talent in Ninjutsu, genjutsu and Taijutsu granted him alot of fame and the kids in the academy admired him. This admiration confused him as he had, since childhood, been taught that his clan was opressed. With each day his mindset changed more and more and by the time he became a chuunin, at the age of 11, he'd drifted away from his clans beliefs entirely. Uchihas valued individual stength above all but he'd learned that true strength came from unity and teamwork. "People can disguise themselves as anything. "Evil" or "Good", "Friend" or "Foe". A personality can be written yet, within the split second that it is, can be instantly changed. We do things to fit the role that needs to be played. Our life itself is a mission and it seems people forget that. It's ludachris, yet we sit back and look blind to the fact. Just completely pathetic" ] At the age of 21 he'd had enough. Watching his beloved clan plotting a Coup D'etat he knew taking action was nescessary. Attempting an assassination on Fugaku Uchiha, thinking it'd bring an end to the plotting, he failed and ended up forcing an escape from the village. 2 weeks later the Uchiha massacre occured but Takao remained in exile. During his exile, Takao travelled to various villages and picked up from their cultures and abilities, the most notable one being Rain release from Amegakure. Years later, he made his return, during the rule of the Hachidaime Hokage, Mugen Ryukyu. From that point, he remained in the village until today, remaining loyal to all the Hokages he'd served. Specialties & Other Information Water Release ➟ During his years in exile, Takao mastered the water element to the point where he is capable of performing every technique with a single handseal. Earth Release ➟ In addition to his affinity for water release, Takao also have earth release as one of his specialties, echnique with faster handseals than a regular shinobi. Leaf Heritage: Will of Fire ➟ Despite being born a member of the Uchiha Clan, and was supposedly destined to fall to their "Curse of Hatred", Takao was born with the desire to protect his Village, regardless of events of the past that may try and persuade him otherwise. This is known as the Will of Fire, and just as it instils it's inheritors with the drive to protect Konohagakure, so does it too provide them with protection, almost like a physical manifestation of the Hokage's Will to protect their Villagers. Type: Supplementary Rank: N/A Range: N/A Chakra: N/A Damage: +10 or +15 Description: More than a technique, ability or skill, the Will of Fire and the Will of Darkness are, instead, teachings and philosophical beliefs that induce specific ways of teaching and acting towards the protection of the Village. The will of fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and Shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished. Can only be used by members of Konohagakure who embody the Will of Fire. Only usable when defending the village from external threats. Normal members receive a +10 damage boost as well as a strength and speed boost equivalent to one rank (based on the NB ranking system). So for example a Jōnin would gain the strength/speed of an S-Class Ninja, a S-Class Ninja would gain the strength/speed of a Sannin). Normal members can continue after being hit by one B-rank or below attack but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength. The Hokage and Village Officers receive a +15 damage bonus and strength and speed increased by one rank. The Hokage and Village Officers can continue after being hit by one A-rank or below attack, but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength. If the villager is fighting inside the village walls (Inner Village and Hokage Mansion) he gains access to an additional 10% Chakra points A member of Konoha must make a notice in their biography's history as to which Will the character has inherited. This must be the same for both biographies. The antithesis to the Will of Fire, the Will of Darkness is a school of thought that was developed by Shimura Danzo during the reign of Hiruzen Sarutobi and taught to the members of the Root (Ne). He instilled this will within members of his Root organization so that they would be able to carry out their missions successfully and without failure. The Will of Darkness holds the belief that one must protect what he loves by aggressive action and the destruction of all potential threats, no matter the moral cost or context. Where the Will of Fire is based on the defence of the village, the Will of Darkness is based on the attack of its enemies. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha Shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good. As a result they battle without hesitation and with a greater ferocity when committing acts of aggression than those who adhere to the Will of Fire. Can only be used by members of Konohagakure.

Tools & Weaponry ➟ Takao carries a wide assortment of tools in the two pouches located on his thigh and hip. These include the basic tools, like Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon, Makibishi, Ninja Wire, etc and more advanced tools, like Explosive Tags, Smoke Bombs, Flash Bombs, etc. In addition to this standard assortment of tools, Takao carries a Katana strapped on his back.
