That's all liger bomb managed to do, break a rib, it didn't weaken it. his chop however was powerful enough to break it.
Ay's lightening straight is much more powerful, his chop is only useful to cut things while lightening straight actually destroys, Sasuke's saunoo won't be able to tank it if Madara's couldn't.

madara coudn't tank a straight propelled by onoki. stop giving A feats he doesn't have. If he could have broken susanoo in V2 he woudn't have needed onoki and he could have helped someone else.

you're ignoring the fact that the tsuchikage made the raikage faster and then at the last moment made his punch heavy. the tsuchikage gave the raikage more power than he had on his own. and madara's susanoo hasn't shown any durability feats that sasuke's doesn't have
