Taka wins. Arrow spam can take out everyone except Lee and Naruto. Jugo and Sugietsu can hold off Lee, especially since this is the location where Bee fought Taka, so he can use his Demon Fish form.

MS Sasuke can beat SM Naruto so yeah..Taka wins.
