Sasuke unlocked Amaterasu at they very end of his battle with Bee. I think it's safer to say Kakashi hits him with Kamui before Sasuke hits him with Amaterasu. The OP said same exact settings as when they fought Bee, so Sasuke needs some time before he even discovers it.

If Sasuke has Amaterasu at the start Taka wins, if not then Team 2 wins.

It's still an extreme diff win for the team. Suigetsu and Juugo are both above average Jonin level and can give the team a lot of trouble.

Once Sasuke's out, the rest of them don't stand a chance with Kakashi there for back up. Suigetsu and Juugo are knuckleheads, who both get trapped by Shikamaru's shadow possession and then both get Raikiri'd in the heart. Karin is irrelevant, whereas Ino can use mind transfer in dire moments such as when she redirected a Juubi bomb by momentarily infiltrating Obito's mind.
