, which overrides the occurrence against Orochimaru since he built a greater resistance to the Kyuubi's chakra since then. So he just needs to suppress the power like he did before. MS is stated to be capable of controlling the Kyuubi anyways so that would be the end of it.

Hm? What's with all this talk about Genjutsu? Jinchuruuki are immune to almost any Genjutsu below Infinite Tsukiyomi (with certain conditions involved). The introduction of Kyuubi chakra into his system is the exact kind of foreign chakra intrusion that would dispel a Genjutsu. In his normal state, the Kyuubi chakra is dormant and mixes with his body only as stamina - not raw chakra.
But in one of his Kyuubi-cloak states (K0 - K6)), the fox demon's chakra is actively coursing through his body with a mind of its own (somewhat controlled by Naruto up to K3). That alone automatically dispels a genjutsu. Bijuu constitutes the foreign chakra which is a known way to disrupt genjutsu. In fact, Sasuke used the cursed seal as foreign chakra source to break out of Itachi's MS genjutsu. The times where Naruto has been caught in a genjutsu, he was not in a kyuubi state.

, the beginning of the KN3 vs. Orochimaru battle on the Heaven-and-Earth bridge. For 2 pages, it appears that Orochimaru was trying to cast a genjutsu since we went from an eye-to-eye shot to a scene where Orochimaru is facing the full-fledged Kyuubi in his "inside-Naruto" state. The Kyuubi roared and blew Orochimaru out of Naruto's mind immediately. That's when the physical combat begins.

Now let's stop trying to one shot Naruto and actually give this fight a good debate
