Scenario 2: kamui and amaterasu restricted.

The Sasuke that fought B was inexperienced with Amaterasu. The Kakashi that fought Sasuke has pretty much mastered the long range warp of his eye. Doesn't take much thought to come to the conclusion that Kakashi destroys him. Even if he was experienced w/ Amaterasu he'd probably lose.

Restrict Kamui and restrict Amaterasu and it becomes far more even.

nope. Kakashi could snipe 2 of sasuke's arrows back to back at ridiculous speeds, where as sasuke is only using ama for the first time

This comes down to Sasuke being straight up superior to Kakashi. This Kakashi can barely run after using Kamui once. His stamina is also shit.

In straight head to head Kakashi won't beat him. Hand to Hand Kakashi is better but in Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu Sasuke is superior and he has Chidori Nagashi. Sasuke still has the reflex and speed advantage. When it comes to Ninjutsu vs. Ninjutsu.... Sasuke's strongest Ninjutsu vs. Kakashi's strongest Ninjutsu is pretty much a tie, but Sasuke's variants are more dangerous than the Raikiri Wolf, which is all Kakashi has in terms of variants. Though Sasuke's Katon is pretty much useless due to Kakashi's Suiton, at least in terms of actually damaging him. It can be used to make thunderclouds in case Kirin is needed to win, and Sasuke still has snake summons.

Lightning techs ment for paralysis don't really do much to other raiton users. As seen when chidori was used on bee, or when darui electrified his water water wall on sasuke. Either way kakashi uses clones to trick sasuke and then its business as usual. or he simply uses raikiri in both hands to best sasuke's chidori.

It briefly stunned them both times, so it'll open Kakashi up. Raikiri in both hands to beat Chidori doesn't help because he can't clash with Sasuke's Chidori using both hands at the same time, but even if he did that Sasuke would simply avoid a scenario that'd lead to a clash and focus on trying to land a hit on him directly.

I don't think Kamui is as dangerous as it is made out to be in this scenario, especially when Sasuke has knowledge.

If he is at a mid or long range, the only thing he has to do is block his LoS with Katon like Jiraiya did against the paths...

then he can close the distance with a shunshin and engage in close quarters, making Kamui useless. The only thing Sasuke needs to do is stay within 5-10 meters of him (which given Sasuke's speed will not be hard) and pressure him up close.​

Without knowledge he gets sniped, but in a full intel scenario I don't think it would work that easy. That's just how I see it anyways. Not really sure on who wins.

Sasuke wins as per canon. Kakashi has to use Kamui to live through Susanoo arrow and Sasuke can use two. I'm assuming Sasuke's fresh here, he can spam off Susanoo Arrows. Also not seeing how Kakashi lives through Enton.
