Shima and Fukakasu take out Kimimaro, Suigetsu, and Jugo due to frog song. Then Jiraiya procedes to summon Boss Toads or kill Karin. Then it is 1 on 1. And you cannot honestly tell me that SM Jiraiya < MS Sasuke (Taka)

Yes the Sasuke that fought Danzo can beat the Jiraiya that fought Pain. You seem to think that Sasuke will do nothing while his team mates get raped by Jiraiya. Sasuke can pick Jiraiya off while Jiraiya is busy fighting the others.

You seem to forget that Danzo was holding back in his fight against Sasuke. Danzo was saving his strength for Tobi. SM Jiraiya > Taka Sasuke. It wouldn't take SM Jiraiya 10 secs to kill Sasuke and I can give you an idea on how that would happen.

I figured this was the Sasuke who fought Bee, he could probably get off an Amaterasu while his teammates are fighting Jiraiya so I say Taka wins both scenarios.

Jiraiya loses badly here. Since summons are not restricted, Sasuke can summon hawk or Manda. The latter seems like a better counter, and J-man's summons are susceptible to Genjutsu just like any other summon. Even an Amaterasu is enough to roast him if Sasuke uses it from the get go. J-man has no speed feats to dodge this. The others aren't even needed.
