Its useless when sasuke have susanoo already .

We dont know how strong karin chain , its farfitched to say she can hold any biju just because she have the same ability as kushina doesn't mean she is as skilled as kushina .

Karin chain disappeared when zetsu hit her , unlike kushina her chain was still there after kyubi hit her.not to mention she was pregnant and they removed the kyubi from her.

I agree with this, her chains are a farcry from kushina's and might not be able to restrain something the way kushina's could. Naruto overpowered Maddy's mokuton dragons so it's not foolish to assume kurama or another strong bijuu could overpower hers. Not only that, but her chains also did not destroy the buddha, it hit it pretty hard, but what actually took the buddha out was when orochimaru slapped a curse mark on poozetsu's neck. the buddha was still intact and he just lost control over it.

When you mix all of that you get a cray cray combo. Suigetsu and Karin are kinda extra though, SM enhanced Susanoo has more than enough destructive power.
But that's not what their team/formation is about: Sasuke is the leader and their strongest fighter, Juugo is the heavy hitter, Suigetsu is a fighter as well but doesn't hit as hard as Juugo nor is as strong as Sasuke (kind of a support fighter) and Karin is their real support.
