If no ET then sasuke and sakura solo zero difficulty. Sasuke keeps sakura inside for a chakra boost in his susanoo and kills them all in one fell swoop before oneshotting orochimaru with a genjutsu.

Sasuke neg diff. He doesn't even need sakura...genjutsu solo's orochimaru again. Then use juugo's curse mark to turn him into nothing (or genjutsu)

Sasuke can pretty much solo taka and Orochimaru. Despite Suigetsu and Jugo being extremely powerful for their ages, Sakura is probably stronger than them. Not together of course, but she could hold off Jugo while Sasuke kills Karin, Suigetsu, and Oro.
