Taking a piece of the Space-Time-Matter evaluation, we look at the powers of the tailed beasts relative to time.
That is to say, how well they work with opportunity. Is it more of a hindrance or an ally?
The capability to take initiative counts favourably here. How long do they take to achieve their goals? How much of an issue is it to have opponents given the oportunity to attack? The best answer is very little because they can apply themselves fully with the slightest opportunity.
Speed - active and reactive - is the major factor here.
To clarify the difference from Space powers (actions are done within a setting . . . ), we must assume that nothing will externally hinder their actions, but that only the effect of their actions will depend on their target.
As with the normal evaluations, a scoring system that is relative among the beasts will apply. They get scored between 10-100 in the category, with the worst getting a score of 10, the best a 100 and the others being scaled between those two.
The Tailed Beasts:
• Shukaku, the one-tailed mongoose (?)
• Matatabi, the two-tailed cat
• Isobu, turtle
• Son-Goku, ape
• Kokuo, horse
• Saiken, slug
• Chomei, wasp (?)
• Gyuki, octopus
• Kurama, the nine-tailed fox
You may also include the empty husk of the TT, the heretical statue, as summoned by a teenage Nagato, if you wish.
POWER/OUTPUT/EFFECT DO NOT INHERENTLY COUNT, they are attributes through Matter
