Tailed beasts after the war.

Do you think that after the war medic ninjas should focus on finding a way to extract tailed beasts without having their hosts die? I mean, Bee and 8tails are friends, Naruto and 9tails as well, so what's the reason for them to keep their friends imprisoned inside themselves? They could somewhere far away and live their lifes or simply roam the world. I'm pretty sure that if not others, Naruto could survive the extraction with some help from Tsunade, Shizune, Sakura and other skilled medic shinobi.

The 8 Tails has been friends with Bee but he is okay with being sealed inside him, he isn't complaining so I don't think its an issue. And the 9 tails seems to imply that he is okay being with Naruto.

Okay with being sealed for life? Come on. Being friends with someone doesn't mean keeping them in a cage. But as Inanimated said, manga won't go on far enough for us to see what would happen
