if i understood this thread correct.. the juubi always been there.. and the tailed beasts is a combination of the juubi.. so they always been inside the juubi, until the so6p divided them in 9 parts..

Not realy, the juubi (10 tails) has just been always there, it just got split into 9 parts so it would be less dangrous..... In order for someone to be a jinchuriki, they have to be realy strong dude.
