Considering he can use Kurama chakra more thanks to his friendship with Kurama, you think it is possible that he can form a TB Rasenshuriken? That would be insane.

I honestly think it may be possible. As you said before he was still training and almost had it. Now with the relationship and ability to control and manipulate kurama's chackra he can mold it with his wind and throw it as a TBB Rasenshuriken.

technically it is possible. but we all know how kish I chops down potential for characters. for instance I'm still waiting for naruto to go all bijuu-sage mode like against nagato.:'(
