We know for tailed beast's how ever many tails they have is how powerful they are.. So is each tailed beast doubled in power from the last?

For example, if the 1 tails was a 2 in power level, the 2 tails would be a 4, 3 tails an 8, 4 tails a 16 and so fourth?

& if that is true during the entire war arc naruto only had half of the 9 tails, & half of 9 tails power would be equal to 8 tails full power? Idk I've just been thinking about it recently & just need a diff perspective of it.

No that would be too big of a difference, the 9 tails would be 256 times stronger than the 1 tail

Gyuuki said it was just a thing between the tailed beast they used to say but wasn't accurate..

It's why there was beef with Shukaku & Kurama because of that theory among themselves..

All tailed beast are said to be around the same power level. The difference is how Naruto uses the 9-tails chakra is much more efficient. The Seal in place that holds the Tailed beast also plays a part in how much of that beasts chakra can be used.

If you take each beast in their normal forms they are all about the same.

where are people getting the notion that they're all the same in power?

Anyone who is saying that they are all equal is obviously wrong and has not read the Manga. 1-8 are all on par for the most part. Kurama at half power is far above them let alone at full power.

The bold part is actually wrong. Each tailed beast is not double the power, otherwise the incomplete jyubi wouldn't of owned kyubi and hachibi.
And all the tailed beats biju bomb were all the same mountain range attacks. Kyubi also said that him and hachibi have the most chakra, meaning that kurama considers him even but a tad bit more than the rest. In terms of quantity they are all roughly the same.

Those calculations are fan-made. Kurama linked number of tails as means of who's stronger was out of ego, nothing more. Gyuki said he was wrong on that account.

The Biju's are all equivalent in power. Jubi was split to 9 pieces, so each piece would receive comparable power, hence, for example, standard TBB for every Biju busts singular mountain. A pizza gets sliced in 9 and each person gets a slice, does the 9th person out of the sudden have bigger slice than the rest? No, that would be impossible by mathematical, logical and fictional sense.

I always thought 2 tails was the strongest next to Kurama xD
OT: Dunno....but they're probably at the same level overall....

Regardless of if tail number corresponds with strength, Nine Tails is absolutely the strongest Tailed Beast. Hell, didn't Minato rationalize splitting the Nine Tails by saying it would create "balance among the Tailed Beasts" or something? And the kicker is, even after being split, he's still the strongest. It's not so lopsided as him being 256x stronger than Shukaku(lol), but the gap between them is definitely there.

All tailed beasts have different strengths and weaknesses. There's nor 1 stronger and 1 weaker generally Although the 9 tails is considered the strongest I guess it's a chakra mass and the others have unique jutsu to maintain the balance.

yall need to stop playing with this "they're all equal" bs. gyuki never denied being the next strongest in line.

He blatantly said "don't decide strength based on number of tails" to refute what Kurama said about him being the next strongest because of him having eight tails. There's no need for him to come out and say "no, im not the next strongest". It's like you guys choose not to read or rather understand the scans you post.

Bijuu 1-8 have never done anything in this Manga to give anybody any logical reason to greatly differentiate their power. Ever.
