Now... I just wanted to know, why other beasts don't have chakra modes such as this?



Is it because they are not at peace/ not in harmony with their tailed beast?

But why do you think he doesn't have a chakra mode/ why haven't we seen it?

It is because Naruto and Kurama's chakras mix together. We've seen Naruto when Kurama's chakra completely takes over. Kurama's chakra completely replaces Naruto's and he takes on transformations similar to those of the other Jinchuriki. When Naruto's chakra blends with Kurama's they take on a completely different form that likely represents their shared power.

Other jinchuriki don't actually mix with their tailed beast. Rather, they are lent chakra to replace their own. This even holds true for Bee. I think the Two Tails Jinchuriki had a similar relationship as Naruto and Kurama. Her fully released form was of her cloaked in a blue form that took on the shape of the Two Tails.
