Ok, so now that is out the way shall we proceed.

We first saw impressions of Naruto asking Kurama for help to create the Rasenshuriken dama as seen here:

In the picture you can see that Naruto hand is literally under the Gudo-dama, With the help of Kurama Naruto is able to add Wind element to the Gudo-Dama since the Gudo dama is technically derived from Tailed Beast. The Nature manipulation is extremely difficult considering that the Gudo damas themselves composed of 4 elements. This leads to Naruto to relied on Kurama to add in the 5 element which is beyond difficult and was once thought to be impossible. Naruto also needs Kurama chakra to increase the size of the Gudo dama and make them more deadly therefore explosive. They will basically be a no ending paradox of exploding bijuu dama but in gudo dama form. So they are technically infinite Bijuu damas that can explode but still retain form.

As you can see in the latest Chapter he has them back and he uses all simultaneously at this point:

Then here it is shown he doesn't have them with him which only means he didn't get to call them back just like Madara hasn't call back his other 6 Gudo Damas that got warp by Minato:

The Gudo Damas can be more then just defense or offense, you can even add creativity to them and the fact that they are derived from the Same source aka "Tailed Beasts" it would make sense.

I think in the first pic the Godou dama was still behind him, and not above his palm, but I think your right.


Also were not sure if the wind affinity is already mixed in with Godou damas since they already have four affinities mixed into them.

I am pretty sure he apply the element just how Madara was able to applied Yng/Yang release unto Gudo-Damas to have them negate all ninjutsu which is Called Onmyoudou.

Kurama expanded the Gudodama and naruto added the element.

His Gudodama is nothing too special, if Madara needed his Gudodama's he would of brought them back by now.

It's probably not adding wind. If anything, it's just providing shape transformation to it.
