That weird omyoudon thing (my spelling is atrocious) negated all ninjutsu and genjutsu (not counting sage arts). It doesn't negate physical attacks as we've already seen. Minato fought the whole time against obito. he saw what did and didn't work

taijutsu really shouldnt do much to him. remember how he was batted around like a pinball by the bijuu when he was revived and got up unharmed. and this was before he became the jyuubi jin

Senjutsu is only needed for onmyoudon.
Not even senjutsu PS sword killed juubi jin let alone some taijutsu U_U
