Well As far as the base goes I seen some of the close range taijutsu fights and they are pretty intense and cool instead of the usual long range exchanges. During a konoha tournament Ryujin and Mugen Ryuku had a good exchange of taijutsu and that was pretty cool. In the anime Gaara and Lee’s fight showed how good taijuts could be but I think one of the best fights showcasing tai would be Gai vs Kisame.

Taijutsu is a basic form of fighting techniques and refers to any techniques using natural human abilities. Its basically like martial arts. Taijutsu is succesfully used by using your natural physical, and mental abilities. Typically known to not require chakra some chakra can be used to enhance techniques. Jyuken, a form of taijutsu, actually requires excellent chakra control. Taijutsu generally requires no hands seals to perform, maybe some stances though, and can be used quicker than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Of course talking about martial arts this entails hand to hand combat and is mostly used in close ranged fighting.

Characters that use taijutsu are many as many have used it.

There is normal taijutsu that people use, Gentle Fist Hyuga style taijutsu, The eight gates tai jutsu. (Are Kaguya techniques taijutsu?)

Importance/Danger: Mastering taijutsu could protect you from genjutsu from the sharingan users as they usually require eye contact. Also you won’t always be able to move long or mid range so at certain times you would have to get in short range battles so taijutsu would be effective in these battles.
Facing another taijutsu master short range could be dangerous if you haven’t mastered it yourself due to the speed of their attacks. At the same time you need to have balance. Gai and lee get around just fine because of their Eight Gates however you can get caught in ninjutsu if you do not use this skill properly or rely on it too much.

Tai is the art of physical combat
apparently "hand to hand combat" and unlike
any other, Taijutsu requires a high level of
skill and creativity.
A simple Taijutsu move when used
creatively can be very useful and deadly and with good freeform, a simple taijutsu move
can be achieved in many ways. Freeform
plays a very strong role in taijutsu, when you
are good with freeform then your Taijutsu
would be standard.
Taijutsu basically makes you keep your chakra reserve as it requires just the
physical energy to execute. But some do
allows you to enhance them with chakra even
elemental chakra.

Types.
Normal Taijutsu or non-chakra enhanced
ones which can be a basic punch/kick, a throw,
a block, flip, slap, poke, intercept, roll without
the need of chakra, etc.
Chakra enhanced Taijutsus which most can be either coating the fist or foot with chakra to augment the damage it causes eg, Tsunade's Chakra enhanced strength.
Special Taijutsu: this are taijutsu from clans
like the Hyuga's Gentle Fist, Kaguya bones
or can be Taijutsu that are near ninjutsu like the EIG.

Nice one on the importance and danger but the very basic one is you are prone to ninjutsu like Nagashi and bodyy surges though this should not discourage you from using tai.

Wait a minute 0_0. You're worse then Gobi who do you think I am Robo Cop???!?!?!?!?!?!?

However since I fear my sensei very much I decide to start with what seems the hardest. The 10,000 push ups. "Oh man this is going to hurt...but this is for a good cause...I think" I begin to start doing the push ups however doing 10,00 sounds a bit impossible, so I try not to think about it. After I get to about 500 I'm already starting to think about it. Not only did this hurt like heck but It was time consuming. I keep on going though going at a tempo of a song I sing in my head to help me get along. eventually I reach the halfway point and my arms already feel like noodles; Hoever thanks to gobi's previous exercises I knew I could hang in their. After what feels like forever I finish the last one with alot of adversity. LOL, My arms felt so bad and noodle like I could have starred in adventure time.

Now for running. I get up and began to run laps around the area. Running was much better as I had some endurance in this area but 100 laps was still kind of you know...alot. As I ran I tried to keep form but my arms still felt like lead spaghetti as they swung freely. I finally finished the last lap then I collapsed on the ground face first....I still had situps...I then rolled over with a slight groan and began my way to what seemed like death.

"Here we go." Sit ups were a bit easier to me than Push ups so i was confident I could do 10,000 since I did 10,000 pushups as long as I keep the same mentality. This was insane...very insane. I reach 5000 and my stomach feels like it is eating itself. So I go back to the song routine as I try to ignore the pain. After humming songs from Adele's album for what seemd like forever. I finally reach 10,000 and I collapse as I stare at the sky. Oh man that was tear worthy...very tear worthy.

"But my arms are already noodle like!!" Ugh. I walk to the dummy slowly with thoughts of regret...alot of regret but I tell myself to suck it up. I lean in with my right side dealing a forearm strike to the head of the dummy then I grimmace in pain as that actually hurt as well. I rub my forearm then with a deep breath I began to continual hit the dummy dealling differnt combinations of forearm strikes at various places>> I dive down and aim for what would be the knee of a dummy and then I rise up with my forearm over my head uppercuting the dummy with a slight leap, I then come back down with that same forearm and then spin around clockwise adding to to the force of the blow as I hit the dummy's head with the right forearm again. I practice heavy strikes in which I lean into the forearm strike as I did in the beginning to deal heavy blows with each arm, I practice fast pinpoint strikes that have force but I quickly pull back to continue hitting in rapid motions leaving them with a little less force then my heavy blows. I then interchange the different types of hits I have practiced and the areas I struck to eventually reach 1000 strikes full of different combinations

so once you've rested a bit, contimue towards the dummy and do a thousand strike combo with your Palm, Fist, Elbow and Shoulder.

I eat the candy that looks a lot like those beans in DBZ (LOL I couldnt resist) and I feel alot better. "Whoa thats some good stuff." I then prepare ti strike the dummy with the different combinations made with the upper body. I run at full speed and then lean in with my shoulderhitting the dummy just below the chin area knocking it back a bit. I then swing my fist from across my body hitting it with the backside of my fist. I then come across with that same fist using my palm to hook the dummy on my right side. As it leans to the left I spin around so that my elbow will come across te head area of the dummy dealing another crushing blow due to our momentem toward each other. For balance sakes I repeat that move on my left side then I continue other stikes to different areas of the body with altenating combos. I have some uppercuts, overhand blows, body blows palm strikes to come down or uppercut the enemy, elbow strikes coming across the body and some coming above. I continue the combos until I have reached 1000 strikes

Scenerio 1: I stand before you then suddenly I jump towards you with a droping kick that will land on your right shoulder.

Defend
As you jump toward me I can see that you plan on deleievering a dropping kick. Projecting how you are falling and the inability to change direction dramatically in mid air I spin around clockwise moving a little to my left as I lift my leg high enough to deliever a kick with my heel to your core (abdomen). This movement allows me to dodge (move my shoulder) out of the path of your attack while going on the offensive without the need of a second move.

Scenrio 2: I assume a firm stance, a generic Lee stance with my left side facing you.
Attack.
I dash toward you and just when I get close enough to attack I dive down head first toward your legs. I catch my self with my hands and use them so that I can quickly flip my position and use my legs to sweep across yours from right to left causing you to briefly be suspended in the air parallel to the ground. Immediately after ths I use my hands again to spring off the ground and lift me directly above you. I then allow gravity to pull me down as I land on top of with a good amount of force.

I like the defensive part, but your attack is quite confusing and can put you in a very critical situation where you will have difficultty defending due to placement of your body. I can just easily leap a little and kick you as you dive your head at such close proximity and because you are in mid-air and your whole weight shifted to the front, you might get real messy.

Kakashi used this on Naruto using the tiger handseal, but Naruto does the improved version against Gaara using Kunai and explosive tags. Simple but can be useful.

(Sorry my subscription didn’t show for some reason. When I saw you reply to someone elses tai training I decided to take a look again cuz I know you were pretty active. Whoops sorry bout that. Also let me know if you’ll continue my smoke plz.)

I first get into a generic ninja fighting stance with my knees bent and hands up ready to react. I then dash toward the enemy and use my left arm as a feint I then grab their left arm with my right arm and spin them clockwise while I rotate around them counterclockwise. The enemy is then a little discombobulated as they face their original position after their momentum has ended; however I am behind them facing the same direction. I then stike their upper back with my left plam open using the bottom portion of my hand to deal the most force causing them to bend over leaving an opening to attack in more ways then one. Quickly making the tiger handseal I forcibly punch it into their behind sending them flying/screaming/

-Create another scenerio using it differently from the the above. You can combine it with freeform too.
I stand in a generic lee stance with my right hand held outward and my left arm behind my back. The enemy attempts to throw a jab at me that I dodge by crouching low and delievering a low kick with my right leg that flips them so their backside is facing me. Not letting the opportunity to go to waste I take a kunai and shove it…which lifts them higher into the air screaming. To complete the attack I jump up and raise my leg only to bring it straight down into the enemies chest as the force of my kick causes us to accelerate faster to the ground. The enemy then crashes to the ground as I get up and dust my hands.

-Advantages and Disadvantages(3 each)
Best used as a sneak attack
Can be used with weapon instead of traditional use to make it more lethal
Hard to make mistakes using this jutsu since it is simple

Cannot be expected to finish an opponent
It might be hard to achieve this in a tai master fight
It is not an attack that can compete or counter other faster/stronger techs.
