Hello there Sensei, once again, thanks for accepting !!!

So I started RP-ing not a while long ago (6 months ago to be exact). I've currently completed Wind and Puppetry and am training in all the other elements, together with Kenjutsu and Genjutsu (haven't found someone to teach me Ninjutsu yet). My goal is to become a great RP-er, but not only that, I also want to share the knowledge I will gain with the new RP-ers that will be searching for knowledge. I also want to become an official sage one day, which needs a lot of work, I know, but with enough dedication I think it can be achieved. That's pretty much all, and also I like Tai because it reminds me of my old boxing days, something I loved doing. I'm glad I'll be learning it under your guidance.

As for Taijutsu :


Taijutsu is basically hand to hand combat, in which you use every single limb in your body to resist and confront your opponent with powerful strikes (sometimes strong enough to break bones and hard materials). Taijutsu is essential in close combat while it is also very weak against elemental techniques, yet it can be enhanced with chakra. Mentioning the most proficient Taijutsu users, there is Gai and Rock Lee, both skilled specialists in Taijutsu whom both possess the ability to open the Eight Inner Gates granting them immense power, speed and chakra. There are also other Taijutsu users like A and third Raikage, who use lightning to increase the strength of their fighting style, but also protect themselves with it. That's pretty much about what I know about Taijutsu, oh and also that there are various NB Taijutsu types, which I don't have much knowledge about.

Types/forms of Taijutsu
Pure Taijutsu
Combats are made in it's purest form, without any chakra or elemental enhancement.
Chakra enhanced Taijutsu
Combats are made using chakra enhancement, like the Hyuga's Taijutsu fighting style.
Advanced Taijutsu
This is the type of taijutsu that includes a KG in it. An example is the Kaguya's clan fighting style, which is combined with their KG (Shikotsumyaku).

Advantages
The main advantage is that you do not need chakra. Other advantages are that Taijutsu techniques are handy in close combat and can be performed quickly. If you need to strengthen your Taijutsu, you can enhance it with chakra.

Disadvantages
There are two main disadvantages in Taijutsu. The first one is that Taijutsu is weak against elemental attacks. The other one is that you need to be close ranged to perform the techniques.

Endurance
Is the ability for one to remain active for huge periods of time, to be able to resist at any factor. In Taijutsu, endurance is one of the key factors. For example, in a battle where two fighters are equal in strength, it comes down to the victory of the one that has more endurance.
Strength
Is the ability to exert force on physical objects using muscles. Strength is important it Taijutsu, since most battles are settled with the victory of the one that is stronger and has more strength than the other.
Stamina
This one is the mixture of the definitions of Strength and Endurance, though not with the same exact meaning. Stamina Is the physical or moral strength to resist or withstand fatigue.
Balance
Is the equal distribution of weight in one's body. In Taijutsu, it's important for one to keep his balance during his attacks, since one wrong movement may cause the attack result in a failure.
Stance
So stance is the position of the body while standing. Taijutsu users have shown displaying different battle stances. For example Gai and Lee use the same stances while A uses different Taijutsu stances.

-Run 1000 Laps around the training ground

As soon as I listen sensei's word, I "wear" a serious look into my face and say out loudly :
"I have to do this !!!"
I begin by doing some stretching 1st. Then I start my 1st lap and as I am running I tell myself to never give up. I continued to run and run and run. After each lap I was starting to feel more and more tired, but getting tired was not why I am here. I continued to run, even though my legs didn't want to. I run till 1000 laps were completed, and after that got in front of my sensei.
"Sensei, I finished the running laps. I am taking a 2 minutes break till I start the upside down laps."
Two minutes passed, and I stand up. I firstly begin stretching in order to somehow relax my muscles. After that I put my hands on the ground and push firmly towards it. The I rise my legs and start staying vertically for a bit. I do some upside down pushups to "unrust" my joints. Then I start walking upside down. During the walk, I was feeling blood getting on my head and my vision fading to black, but still, it was a task that I had to complete. It was not the strength that was keeping me do these exercises, but my will to complete this training. As soon as I finish the 100th lap, I start walking towards the place where sensei was standing. After taking some deep breaths, I tell to my sensei :
"Sensei, I finished the upside down laps, now I shall take a 5 minutes break, I can't see anything, my vision almost faded to black while I was performing the exercise ..."
The 5 minutes break was over, and I had to start the two other remaining exercises. Because my body had gone through a lot during the previous exercises, it now felt lighter and the pain was almost gone. Now I knew that I had to do the pushups. I start by stretching again to relax my muscles. Immediately after that, I get into position and stretch my body perfectly for the pushups to be performed correct. Time was passing and at one point I felt like giving up, but this was not the time to give up. I continued doing the pushups, even though the stress on my shoulders was high. It was like having to lift a tank. I couldn't feel my arms and shoulders anymore, but I kept doing the pushups. After performing the last pushup, I saw that a big pond of water was beneath me. It wasn't really a pond, but instead, that was my sweat that I had shed during the pushups. I hardly get on my feet and stood in front of sensei :
"Hope that was done correct. Next I'm going for the situps, but first I need to take a small break."
After relaxing for some time, I stand up, and "wear" my serious look on my face again. I lay down on my back and put hands under my head, and strengthen my legs. I then continue doing the situps. During midway, my body was starting to feel heavy. It was as the earth's gravity was staring to multiply by hundreds. But that was nothing compared to what I had gone through the previous exercises, so I kept going even though at one point I couldn't my body entirely. But I continued performing the situps until the end, until I didn't have any sweat left. I then stood up, and saw that I now had a six pack. After all this training I felt like I was reborn anew, thanks to my sensei, even though it was just the beginning of our training ...

After watching towards the direction that sensei pointed at, I run towards it immediately.
After arriving at the tree, I prepare my fists, palms, feet and all my body for the next exercises. Then I prepare my palms and start hitting the tree. I start hitting it till I achieve the goal, "100 palm strikes". Then I prepare my punches and start punching it, without any break. I start hitting it straight firstly, but then I continue hitting it from the side, delivering some powerful side hooks. I continue doing this till I achieve the "100 punches" goal. The I rub and prepare my forearms for the next exercise. I continue hitting and hitting it, till I finally complete the exercise. I do the same things and preparation for the elbow. I continue hitting it, but even though I feel the pain, I don't stop the process. I successfully finish the 100 elbow strikes.
Now I needed to use my lower parts of the body. I take the stance and prepare both of my feet; Now I had to hit with the sole of my feet. I continued hitting and hitting. Even though my feet hurt, I continued hitting till I finally completed the exercise. But this was not over, now I had to do 200 strikes with the top of my feet. I took another stance and continued hitting the tree with the top of my foot. I felt like the bones were out of place and broken, but I successfully completed this exercise too. Now it was the most painful part. I strengthened my toes at max, and continued hitting the tree with all my power. The pain was big, but once again, I kept hitting the tree till I finally finished the 100 toe strikes. As the pain started to spread on my entire body, I still had 2 exercises remaining. 100 foe leg strikes was my next one. I prepared my leg, and after taking a deep breath, I continued hitting the tree. I didn't stop, not only once, but instead I kept going until I finished this exercise too. It was time for the last exercise, the 100 knee strikes. Even though this exercise seemed the easiest, there was still room for pain. But this couldn't stop me, since I again took another stance and prepared for the last exercise. I continued hitting the tree with my knees, both of them, repeatedly, until I finally finished the 100 strikes task. I couldn't be more relieved, but at the same time, the pain was killing me. It was a painful lesson, but worth it.

Priest makes 100s of clone for the training.
Watch closely

*One clone(though in a different clothing) rushes towards Priest. As soon as he gets to striking range, he launches a right punch towards Priest's face. Priest on the other hand would have assumed a low stance and as the punch approaches, He slaps the side of the right wrist with his left palm, slaping it so that it move towards the clones left and missing his face. Though he won't stop there, while the clone drifts towards the direction of the slap(priest's right), Priest quickly drops low while planting his whole weight on his left leg using it as a pivot and with a swift rotation, he would now be behind the clone with a ground embracing swing of his right leg, performing a full leg sweep from behind of the clone. This action leaves the clone temporarily airborne giving Priest an opportunity to lean back slightly with his butt almost touching the ground, both hands perched on the ground to support his weight(though his weight still on his left leg). He would only raise his right leg which is already stretched to kick the airborne clone high into the air. The clone now raised a bit high, Priest springs himself high into the air, meeting the clone with a jump kick to the guts then using the contact of his leg to create bouyancy and effort, he spins clockwise twice landing a kick on his torso and head respectively. A final punch to the clone's chest sends the clone crashing to the floor and poofin away.*

For this I am using just one clone.
*Watching how Priest easily managed to perform all those moves perfectly, I motivate myself to do the same. Firstly, I tease my clone to come and attack me. He aims towards my face, but I lean to my left and deliver a strong punch to his chest. He backs a bit, but nothing serious. Angrier than before, he rushes at me again, this time learning from the previous mistake. While coming close to me, he lowers his left knee, and aims to my ribs with his right foot. At the same moment, I jump a little bit, and before my clone reaches my ribs (he needs to extend his leg a little bit since I jumped, making the distance longer) I perform a jumping kick to his face. Some teeth popped out of his mouth, making him think carefully of the next attack. This time it was me who charged towards him. After getting near enough, I immediately lower my body, which my clone was not expecting, and send a rear spinning kick. Throwing my clone in the air, dealing quite some damage to his lower half of his body. He stands up, bleeding. He comes closer at me, and at the same time, I jump and send a high kick to the clone, but it was blocked. What my clone wasn't expecting was the lower kick directed to the rib cage area, since he didn't have any protection there. Some of his ribs were broken. But to my surprise, my clone immediately stands up and punches me in the face. He launches his second one, but it gets blocked by me. Having left him open to attacks by blocking his punch, I myself start a series of punches into him. While he was recovering from the punches, I slap him in his cheek. It was time to finish this. I send a hard kick in his leg, causing major pain and making him unable to move. This was done in order to perform the next technique, where I tackle him and slam in the ground, making my clone disappear as soon as he touches the ground*.

Where have you been all this while?


One of my clone suddenly burst towards you holding a katana, raised.
Wait for him to get near you then quickly lean backward or sideways while resting your weight on one leg then use the free leg to disarm him by kicking the wrist.

As I see the clone approaching with a Katana, I lean backwards to avoid his sword swing. Immediately, I put the height of my body on my right leg, and raise the other leg to perform a kick in the hand he was holding his Katana, aiming to his wrist and disarming him.

Okay

Now that you've disarmed him, what next? Attack him by quickly hitting him with your right palm and then your left. The left palm however, must be angled upwards so that it sends my clone flying. Jump and above my clone, hit him with another palm though tis time around, a downward one so that he falls back down.

Also tell me how you can augment the palm attack with an element of your choosing and name the technique you'll use.

Now that the clone is disarmed and defenseless, I hit him with my right palm. Immediately after, I hit him with my left palm, which this time, was aimed upwards so that the hit would send him upwards and flying. I quickly jump while my opponent is in the air, and as soon as I am just a bit above him, hit him again with my palm. This caused him to go quickly downwards and crush into the ground.

Well, I would use the earth technique : Earth Release: Hardening Technique. Though I wouldn't cover all my body in earth, just my palm.
By doing so the hit would be stronger and cause more damage. I could also use a lightning technique and cover my palm with lightning.

That was brilliant.

Next as my clone approaches you, stoop and ram your shoulder into his guts. By quickly transitioning the position of your body, strike him with your knee so that he is sent flying. While in mid air, jump at him while flipping him upside down, wrap you legs around his waist while holding his ankles and drive him downwards head-first.

As I see the clone approaching me, I quickly stoop my body, stand in position and ram into him, going for his guts. The close leans a bit back, and so, I quickly move my body downwards and kick him with my knee to his chin. As the opponent is sent flying by the hit, I also jump and quickly flip him upside down. At the same moment, I extend my legs and wrap them around his waist and hold his ankles. Then I drive him downwards while his head being positions vertically with the ground.

For the bold, your move are incomplete. The way you describe them though. An upward thrust? Of what? With what hand?
I immediately jump at the same time? How? Reason?
The underlined is entirely a new move, not a combo with the first two.
And post the moves you use. Pls don't get lazy on me now.
