Taijutsu means "Body Arts", which usually doesn't require the molding and manipulation of chakra. Albeit, chakra acts as a "fuel" burning the calories when performing physical attacks. Taijutsu simply means hand to hand combat. It doesn't have a set specific definition per se, since there are no pre-made jutsus or such. Taijutsu gives the user the freedom to use "freeform", which means it is only limited to the user's imagination on what he can do, the possibilities are endless. However, it still follows the basic laws of physics. Strong Fist techniques like Rock's Lee's "Leaf Whirlwind" and so on, incorporate the usage of only the physical energy. Additionally, chakra can be used to boost the power of one's attacks, making them a lot stronger. Through extreme training, one can increase their body's raw power and stamina, to last longer in battle, as well as be stronger. The body has 8 limiters called gates which limit the usage of chakra for keeping the body safe from harm. Releasing the gates causes a high amount of chakra to be released at once, and the heart pumps at a higher and faster rate which increases the user's physical power and his speed. However, opening more and more gates can damage the user's body to a very high level for the cost of extreme physical power, the last Gate killing the user after it's usage. Even releasing the Gates require extreme training, which only Gai and Lee could release, respectively 8 gates and 6 gates, although Kakashi could release one gate maximum. Additionally, Ninjutsu can be combined with Taijutsu to make one's blows more powerful and destructive

Okay. Now, can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages of punches and kicks? I mean differentiate between them both, and tell me what would be the advantages and disadvantages, comparing punches and kicks.I've read the scroll, no questions

No QuestionsDear Lord. You could've used paragraphs to state your points. ;_; I read through all of it. You have a nice gist on the topic.
Anyway, remember, punches are faster to perform, as they use less body weight, but you have to cover a longer distance with a punch, because your legs are longer than your hands. While performing a single handed punch, your shifting your body's momentum and weight onto one side, thus if the punch misses, it'll be hard to regain your balance. While punching with both hands, your obviously doing more damage at different areas, and using more power, and your body's momentum is somewhat balanced if you exert equal force with both hands.
Also, while performing a single handed punch, your other hand is free, so you can perform multiple tasks at once. While punching with both hands, the drawback is that your hands are occupied, so you'd have to utilize your legs in that case, taking extreme care of your momentum.
Now, coming to kicks. Kicks are traditionally slower than punches and require a certain amount of body balance. however, legs being longer in length, cover a lesser distance compared to extending your palms to punch. Kicks are also stronger than punches. If your kick fails, it'll be same as earlier; you'll lose your body balance and fall if you're not careful. There is also a chance of straining your hamstring if you're not accustomed to kicking, and execute the kick in a wrong manner. If the opponent is fast enough, he/she can cut off your leg, so you have to be careful. Dynamic Entry is the best example of a single-leg kick. All of the body momentum is shifted to the leg that is used to kick, and the arms are extended back, so as to let the body stretch more. Like before, your one leg is free.
Kicking with both legs does obviously more damage, but puts you more in risk, and requires extreme flexibility. Normally, people don't kick with both legs at once.
Any questions?
"Uhmm .. ... ..okaaaay?", Lisa said looking confused. She then went around her sensei's clone and stood behind it. Lisa then moves on to form the tiger handseal, making her index and middle finger form the shape of a gun and hits the clone's ass thus blasting him away. She then looks at her sensei with an eyebrow raised and crossed her arms as she began speaking to him.Behold, the first technique. It's a...err..weird technique. Form the tiger handseal and hit my clone's ass with your index and middle finger together, forming your fingers into the shape of a gun. Blast him away.
"Alright sensei", Lisa says whilst nodding her head. The clone vanished into a cloud of smoke, as another one took it's place.

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
I love this technique. Dash towards my clone, and as you reach short range of him, duck down, and spin backwards in a complete circle, using one of your legs as the base, while extending the other leg outwards, using it to kick the lower body of the clone. This will throw him off balance, and if you're strong enough, you can send him flying.
(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 20
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Another technique I like. Dash towards the poor bastard of a clone, and launch a barrage of high and low kicks as fast as you can. However, you will use the high kick as merely a bait to lure the clone into defending his upper body, while his lower body is left vulnerable, thereby the chances of your low kick hitting his body are increased, which you can use to your favor.
Lisa begins running towards her sensei's clone and upon reaching close range, she forms a fist with he left hand and clenches it tightly before swinging her arm and delivering a punch to the clone's nose. The clone would simply stumble backwards slightly. Immediately after punching the clone she simply uses her right hand to hit it with an open hand and follows up with a simple yet powerful kick with her left leg to the clones left rib cage thus sending the clone crashing into some nearby rocks on the east side.(Kodzuku) Punch

Way too easy and basic to explain it to you. Run towards my clone, and perform all 3 moves, one after the other, which should end up with my clone hitting the rock situated at the east side. Be creative.
After listening to her sensei Lisa runs towards the clone and upon reaching close range jumps, embracing the clone's mid-section. She uses the force of her body to slam the clone onto the ground just as instructed by her teacher.Very good.
