Combinations-strategies
This can be used at the start or the end of a series of moves. If at the start, it can cause imbalance, which can be followed by kicks/punches while the opponent has no way of blocking or countering. If at the end, it can be used as a finishing move, to throw him off balance, and resulting in a fall, probably ending the fight/spar.
Ways to counter this technique
The kick can be dodged by simply dodging it, by jumping just before it lands. Also, since the user's back is turned, it can easily result in another jutsu/counter while the user has no awareness.Also, since the user is very close to the ground, and his knee is bent, it would be hard for the user to counter/block any attack used on him, while he is still in stance.
You Doing the Jutsu.
-Zed stands in front of his sensei's clone, thinking about exactly how much force he needs to use to execute this jutsu perfectly. He immediately, falls to the ground, with his left leg supporting him, and he spins around, and with an amount of force, uses his right leg to hit his Sensei's knees. This results in the clone losing its balance, and flies into the air, shortly fter whihc, it explodes.-
