Okay! Begin by doing push-ups! xD Now!

As you do that, tell me the purpose of such a warm-up.

*starts doing the pushups*
You need to warm up you muscles to avoid injury. If you warm up properly and disentangle time for that, you'll be safer while training for long time and if the training is very exhausting.

Excellent! If you don't warm up, you might even stretch your muscles a bit too much and cause damage to them.
Alright, let's start simple. Proceed to dash up to my clone and punch him. O_O

*strikes a pose like Rock Lee* ^_^
He starts going toward the opponent and starts punching him, the clone block his first attack and tries to attack with the other hand but he uses his leg to push the clone away. When the clone is still with no balance, he grabs it's T-shirt with one hand and punches him with the other one. Then, he watches it hit the nearby tree and dissapears.

Okay, good and creative thinking, but here's the issue.
You failed to describe which legs or hands you punched with and where you punched him at.
Try again. Detailing is very important in Taijutsu.

Oh, sorry sensei. My bad. ~_~

*starts running toward sensei's clone*
When he get to him, he tries to punch it with his right fist. But, he blocks his first attack with his left hand and attacks me with his right hand. I block him with my right hand and we start pushing each other. After a while, when he sees that there's no point in that, he slackens a little bit, making it step one step toward him. Then, he strongly kicks it with his right hand into his stomach, making him lose ti's balance. Then, he fast catches him with left hand, and strongly punches him with his right hand, making him soar above the earth, rush into the rock and disappear.

*notices the clone and starts concentrating on doing the technique*
When he pictures the move in his head, he takes a deep breath and starts running at the opponent at medium speed. When he sees that he's a little more than a half way there, he speeds up. When he feels, by sense that he's like a length of his leg away from the clone, he jumps a high as he can in the air. When he feels that he's starting to fall, he curls up his speed and starts spinning around it axis and when he's at about half meter above the clone's head he just finishes the spinning the spinning was 360° which is two times stronger kick than 180°) and stretches out his left leg and it goes right into the clone's face. Whilst doing that, he shouts: DYNNAMMICC ENTRRYY! He watches the clone falls on earth and disappears.

Hm, medium speed. Nice detail there. Remember if you run at FULL speed, it might be too hard to stop your acceleration, which means your opponents can take advantage of it.

You also mention my next point, which is about two main types of kicks.
What do you know of 180 and 360 kicks and the differences between them?

Okay, I haven't run at my full speed. And I'll remember it for the future.

360° is a full circle and full spin, and 180° is half circle and the half spin. When you do the 360°kick, you end up being in the same position, looking at the same side you did at the beginning. And when you do 180° kick, you rend up being on the opposite position, looking in the opposite side of the one you've been looking before the kick

Excellent. So how do both of these kicks differ in power and timing?

You need longer for a 360° kick but it's much stronger than the 180° kick.
It depends on the conditions, if you have less time, you're do the 180° kick and if you're in no hurry and want kick more bad*ss, you'll use the full 360°.

Now, for this next one, my clone will begin by running at you at a high speed. However, when he gets near, proceed to throw out a 180 low, spinning kick to toss him off balance. Describe what happens to him.

*he sees the clone coming at him and tries to concentrate on making the technique*
While the clone is still coming, he analyzes the movement he wants to make fast in his head. The clone comes like a meter to him, and tries to punch him with his right arm. He closes his eyes and moves his body a bit on the right side, and block his punch with his left hand just by pushing it away from himself. The clone looses it's balance a bit but it's still hard on it fit. He starts trying to turn around and kick him in the head with his right leg. While it tries to do that, he crouches looking to the right side. He stretches out his right leg and spins towards the clone's right leg really fast, making a 180° kick. The clone fully loses it's balance and fells on the ground. Whilst the clone is still in hock and falling on the ground, he kicks it hard with a simply punch, making it fade away.

Excellent, and if your opponent is running at a very high speed, it could potentially knock him backwards flying a few feet or even meters.
Thus, deriving off the concept of this jutsu, why is it important to maintain balance during fights?

It's important to maintain balance because when your balance is disrupted, you leave a perfect spot for your opponent to attack. He/she can caught you unprepared and give you a final strike.

Excellent, thus, making you very much vulnerable.
(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale

Type: Attack
Range: Short

Damage Points:10
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
So what are feints in a Taijutsu and how would you utilize them to your advantage?

Feints are when you pretend that you're going to attack and it looks like you are going to do it, but when the opponent expects it the least, you stop that obvious attack and when he/she is still astonished, you have the opportunity to attack again, but this time for real. Feints are very important because you can easily surprise the opponent and make your other technique work better because he/she doesn't have time to prepare a defense.

Well done. Also, you must remember NOT to put in full body weight while giving off feint attacks.
So, proceed to dash up to my clone, but when you get near, raise your leg for a kick aimed towards the higher part of his body. However, this is simply a feint, and your second kick should directly connect with his rib cage.
Explain how body weight and feints come into play during such a move.
